Jon Bon Jovi is just 💗

"Are you out of your goddamn mind?" I asked both the guitar players, my face expressionless in a monotone voice at their audacity to think that I would do this.

They turned towards each other and gave a helpless look.

"I have seen you play. We both have. You are good at this. Also, it's either you or CC and we are comfortable with you on board." Izzy let out a sigh

"Yeah. You saw me play. You saw me play ten years back." I rolled my eyes.

I was always a BEDROOM guitarist. I haven't even played at any tiny clubs let alone an arena for 20 thousand people!

"Yeah. When you were sixteen you were really good. You never stopped practicing until like a few months ago. And you have been practicing a lot for the past one month right. You aren't a complete beginner. It's just 11 songs. We will help you. If anything you might be a bit rusty. Also, it's a band so if you mess up someone else will cover your ass." Slash said

"What is your problem with CC, he is Great right?" I asked

"DO NOT bring up his name!" They both hissed at the same time.

"Look, ayotollah has given us only one hour to find a new guitar player else he will bring CC. In one hour, we only have two guitar players in front of us. You and Mick. Mick has a band of his own. Then it's you. Also, you wanna improve, right? This is a once in a lifetime opportunity nothing would improve your playing like playing in a band. You just learn a lot, also you don't daily get opportunities to play sold-out arenas." Izzy reasoned.

He did make sense, kinda. Playing in a band could only improve your skills. And an opportunity to play in front of thousands of people for six weeks........

"Who is ayotollah?" I asked

"Those are the secrets in the band, to know that you should be in the band. So are you in the band?" Izzy smirked folding his arms across his chest.

"Dude there is only half an hour left. Are you gonna find someone or what?" Steven walked in along with Duff before he stopped and stared at Slash who was sitting on the bed while Izzy and I stood opposite to him with 2 guitars and 2 mini amps

"You in?" He asked again

"Don't kill me if I mess it up," I said letting out a deep breath.

There were 11 songs, of which one was a cover of Bob Dylan's Knocking on Heaven's door. First was a song Duff primarily wrote, apparently that's the one they always play first most of the time during shows: It's so easy.

I listened to the album. Fuck it was probably THE best debut album any band has released so far and probably ever will in the future and this album wasn't selling. Seriously?

Their first job was teaching the sweet child O' mine intro though. It was easy and that was a problem because for some weird reason, even while learning other songs, I would randomly start playing the sweet child o mine intro.

"Yo, so we are gonna call CC......" I heard Axl's voice as he walked in but paused immediately, frowning he stared at me.

"Nope. We found a guitar player. She will fill in for me." Slash said smirking at his victory of not having CC.

He didn't react he just stared at me blankly.

"I guess....... whatever. Sure." He said before walking away.

That's all? That's all you have to say about me playing in your band with you? Well, even I guess whatever.
