"So you're seriously not going to college?"

Louis and I have been arguing a bit about the whole college thing. I feel so guilty and somehow mad at the fact that he isn't going to college. What worries me is our future and the thought of what it would be like.

Above all that, spending my Year 13 in California and going to Stanford, he doesn't have a sing clue.

He still thinks I'm going to Cambridge or London College of Fashion. It's all messed up.

Lucas doesn't even know. He always wanted us to get into Cambridge together. It would tear him to pieces if I tell.

"I'm not." Louis answers.

"Look, I'm sorry I never told you sooner."

"We could work this out?" he added.

What if we don't?

"Maybe we shouldn't talk about this just yet." I stood up from my seat.

"I'll call you later."

I took a cab back to work. I have bigger things to do right now than worry about my future.

Anyways, we're having the grand piece on styling our models next week. Ms. Margaret is hosting a ball where we'll have the show.

Her chosen theme is a 19th Century Victorian fashion. Meaning, I have to go with a full-on regal outfit for Will. (I might take Louis as my date) or maybe I shouldn't since Will is coming. But they're friends, keeping them separated would be a sin for me.

I walk into my workroom. Normally, Will would be on the couch on his phone waiting for me; but today, I spot him lying on the floor looking at the ceiling blankly.

"Are you okay?" I asked.

"Huh...?" Will shifts his head to me. "Come join."

"I'm sorry. What is this exactly?"

"Uhm...I'm not precisely sure either. It's just what I do when I'm bothered."

I lie down on the floor beside him. "Bothered...?"

"Yeah..." he sighs.

"So what is it?"

"I need dating advise."

"Really?" I ask. "I'm not exactly an expert on that subject."

I flash a smile. "Tell me. I'll try and be helpful."

"There's this girl I like..." he begins. "But I'm going to move on."

"Why? Have you told her how you feel?"

"No."

"And you say you're moving on?" I question again.

"She has a boyfriend." Will nodded sadly.

"Oh..."

"I mean, why does have to be a girl who's taken?" I point out.

"Do you really like her a lot?"

"Yes, a lot." he chuckles and I'm sure he's so sad about this.

"Then steal her away!" I joked to cheer him up a bit.

"Should I?"

"Yeah, I'll be here cheering for you."

"She must be beautiful," I say.

"Yeah, she is."

"I have high standards, you see," Will added.

"Then you should've told her sooner and made her your girlfriend!" I demanded, standing up from the floor.

I help Will up with my hand. "Do you think she would've come to me if I did?"

"Well, I really can't help you."

"How bout' we grab a bite at the diner?"

"I'll pay half." I paused. "No, wait. I'll pay for anything you order."

"You sure are helpful; Sunny."

I let out a proud smile. "Of course, I am."
