━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Sunny. I'm Sunny, a normal sixteen-year-old girl. Well, at least that's what I call myself. I live in London, in an average-sized apartment with my Aunt Julie. I was initially born in New York City. Yes, the Big Apple.

My aunt used to work there and lived with both my parents. My mom and dad met in college. According to Aunt Julie, they both went to Stanford.

My mom worked as a simple bank manager that was a few blocks away from our small apartment, my dad was a very good prosecutor.

I was 8 months old when the bank where my mom worked got burned. I was at the edge of turning 1 when my dad was shot after winning a case.

Unfortunate life am I right?

Aunt Julie told me that it was some relative of the suspect my dad fought against. So it was just me and my aunt. She's a stylist by the way. She didn't want to leave me with a babysitter while she was at work so she brought me with her every single day.

She started bringing me to "baby beauty" pageants when I was 1. Aunt Julie was soon offered a job in London but she gets paid twice of course. So we moved to London.

She again, signed me up in modeling for baby clothes until I was moved to model for toddler clothes, Justice, and many more clothing brands that were exclusively for kids. I was 14 when I started modeling for Marc Jacobs and higher brands. And so you know, I never got a British accent after moving to London. How did I know all about my past? Aunt Julie always tells me a different story or event that occurred while I was still a baby, with my parents.

Aunt Julie drives me to school at exactly 7:20 in the morning. I go to a local private school near our apartment, I used to go to a public school but then I was offered a scholarship here and decided to pay half my tuition fees from modeling even though my aunt never agreed. Still, I was able to persuade her.

I walk along the school hall packed with possibly a million students in school uniforms.

"Sunny!" I heard a voice yell as I rolled my eyes knowing exactly who it was.

Halting in my tracks, I sighed and turned around.

"Hey."

"Good morning." Louis nodded.

Louis, my best friend. My only friend actually. We met while I was modeled for bathing suites when I was 11. He was on vacation and our hotel rooms were exactly beside each other. We again met at a photoshoot for the same magazine two years after. From that day on, we became close friends.

Although, we haven't eaten lunch together along with the cafeteria crowd. I spent most of my time eating on the rooftop. I'm fine with it. Louis was more outgoing than I am he's all about making everyone laugh so hard that they would pee in their pants. Everybody knows that Louis and I are both models and continually have photoshoots together. A lot of people know me, yes. But I'm a not social type of person. But Louis is the exact opposite of that.

"Where you off to?" he asked, with his head slightly tilted.

"Chem class. Why?"

"Diner. 6 o'clock. SHARP." He demands.

"Wha—" I stutter as I watched him ran away.

I went straight to my locker to drop by some textbooks and stuff I needed for Chem.

I slam my locker door hard because both my arms were full, probably should have brought a bigger backpack. Once my locker made the loudest noise, a face was suddenly behind it the whole time.

"Toni?! You scared the hell out of me. What do you want?"

"Just so you know, Louis and I are broken up."

"Ok..." I nodded awkwardly, confused why she had to tell me. Me?

"He's all yours." She says, flipping her hair and walked out, intentionally walking right through my shoulder.

I rolled my eyes.

Toni and Louis have been dating for I think...a year? Not sure. But yeah, I guess some things aren't really meant to be. In case you haven't noticed, Toni hates me. She acts like we're good when Louis's around. When he's with us, she'd act like Santa Claus in Prozac, at Disneyland!
