(Sorry for the long update)

The geckles and munce scream as they ran from their lives. The ninja stayed back a bit and at the sound of the loud roar Lily and Onyx started crying in Kai's arms. Kai felt like crying too. Why must his babies always be in so much danger? This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation as a family not this. Why did everywhere he go his children were in constant danger? Why can't they just be normal for one day.

Lloyd turns to the group. "Nya, Jay you guys get the geckles and munce to safety and Kai I don't need to tell you who you are in charge of protecting," Lloyd said and Kai nodded, but looks at the scared geckles. "I will protect them," he said. "Good Zane you stay with me and we will give them some time," Lloyd said and Zane nodded.

Kai had to give Lily to Nya to carry since with Onyx's hurt wrist he wanted him close to his body and he can't run with two babies safely. Nya was happy to take her niece and gave Kai a sympathetic look knowing this was the last thing he wanted for his children.

"I thought you said that Greif Bringer was defeated by some great warrior," Nya asks the former munce queen Murtessa running beside her. "It was, but now it is back! The Skull Sorcerer must have reanimated it!" Murtessa concludes than runs faster when she heard the undead bony beast roar loudly the sound echoing off the dark cave walls.

They ran as fast as they could, but stopped when they came across a large deep camass with boiling lava at the bottom ready to burn them alive before they even registered the burning pain. More munce and geckles came from behind them and Jay freaks out hearing the Grief Bringer dragon roaring. "How can we get across?" Nya asks. "We can use the ropes," Gleck said pointing to said ropes, but they were old and no way would they get everyone across in time with only two ropes that could easily snap. In fact when Gleck grabbed said rope and gave it a small tug to test it's durability it snapped and fell into the burning lava. "Great! We are so dead no question hundred percent dead done dead!" He freaks out.

"Jay!" Kai yelled not taking any shit right now and handed Onyx over to Gleck who was closest and took a deep breath. He uses his own powers and slowly the lava rose like a vine snaking across the large gap. He moved his arms like he was controlling water and he was sweating at the brow and grunting to show how difficult this was for him. The geckles and munce watched in awe as Kai created a bridge and then used his water cooling it down and once the steam cleared it revealed a tired Kai and a newly made stone bridge.

"That would have been easier with Cole," Kai pants out tired. While practicing together the two had formed a new form of elemental magic by combining their power and making lava. They could do it on their own, but when they did it on their own it trained them. Kai was about to collapse when he heard the roar of Grief Bringer again and got a sudden rush of adrenaline. "Go! Go! Go!" Kai orders them along with Nya chanting the same thing. All the munce and geckles ran across the bridge Kai just made before the two other ninja followed as fast as they could.

Gulch pulled Kai aside and let everyone run ahead to tell him something. "There is a geckle strong cave near it should be safe and it is our only hope!," he said scared and quickly and Kai's happy to hear this. "Finally some good news," he said in relief. "Guys!" Kai began to yell when Gulch covers his mouthed and the others ran past too concerned with their own safety to realize they were lagging behind. "Are you crazy? Do you want the munce you," Gulch said in a desperate warning. Kai pushed Gulch off him. "That is the point gulch and as your chancellor I demand to just listen to me and let the munce come with us," Kai orders with a harsh glare at the geckle who refrains a little. "They hurt your son though," Gulch argues. Kai had honestly forgotten about that and planned to take care of the one who took his son away, but right now he needed to focus on their safety.
