The Fall Of A Ninja

Lord G was on board the Destiny's Bounty and no one was pleased. The ninja and Pixal all expressed this multiple times in front of the guy himself as well. "I know I do not trust him either, but what other choice do we have? Mistake was in the city when the darkness took over and we need all the help we can get," Lloyd said. They all turned when they saw Lord G press a button before walking off. "Did he just?" Nya asks when the ship started plummeting to the ground and their doom. "Push the engine switch!" Pixal yells. As the ground got closer and closer the ninja all prepared for impact when at the last moment Zane managed to press the ignition switch and they ascended above the clouds again. Lord G seemingly unaffected by the fall said. "Hmm that button should be labeled," and walked off. "It is it says do not push while in motion," Nya said in a totally done voice. "Lloyd go watch him," Jay said. "Ugh can not believe I have to look after my own sorta father," Lloyd said in a muttering voice.

He descended the stairs following the four armed oni warlord. He caused annoying messes when he walked into the shared cabin that the ninja share. He looked at some photos while Lloyd just makes sure he does not do anything. "You are a really reckless leader," Lord G comments. "I am not! I think things through and never put my loved ones in danger," Lloyd said in a defending tone. "No even I would not put a pregnant person in battle," Lord G said and Lloyd blinks shocked and Lord G smiles. "Oh you did not know? Makes sense the sister seems like someone who would not want her brother to be fighting while carrying a life inside him," Lord G said as he looked at a picture from Cole and Kai's wedding reception. Lloyd took a moment to think before he started scowling. "How do you know he is pregnant?" Lloyd asks. "Oni can sense where there is something pure and nothing is purer than a child not yet born," Lord G answers simply. "I will be back do not break anything," Lloyd said walking away and ignoring the evil smug smile Lord G was sporting.

Lloyd found Kai in the kitchen munching on a pickle straight from the jar. "Your pregnant?!" Lloyd exclaims and Kai drops the jar and covers Lloyd's mouth. "Shut it! How did you find out?" Kai asks Lloyd who took the hand off his face. "Evil dad said oni can sense stuff that is pure and apparently unborn children are really pure," Lloyd said. Kai was silent and touched his stomach looking down at it. "I am assuming Cole does not know?" Lloyd asks. "No he does not," Kai admits. Lloyd rubbed his tired eyes. "Why does he not know?" Lloyd asks. "Because he is a boulder brain," Kai said bluntly. "I tried telling him multiple times, but he was too stupid to understand or he thought I was asking if we could have sex. I really hope the child does not inherit his oblivious nature," Kai explains. "You are not fighting," Lloyd said in a that's final tone. "Zane says I can fight," Kai defends. "Zane knows?!" Lloyd hisses getting madder by the second. "He knew before I did he scanned me!" Kai defends himself. Lloyd rubbed his temples. "Who else knows?" He asks. "Your mother, Wu, Zane, Jay, Lord Garmadon and now you," Kai answers. "Why does Jay know?" Lloyd asks. "I was arguing with Zane about it and Jay walked in he's only known since this morning," Kai said. "Please you need all hands on deck with this and Cole can not know or he will do reckless things to insure my safety. Please Lloyd I am begging you," Kai pleads. "I will not tell Cole because that's something for you two to deal with, but I am keeping you from doing any fighting leaders orders," Lloyd said. "You cannot!" Kai starts before being interrupted. "You dare fight with out my permission and I will tell Cole," Lloyd threatens. Lloyd did not feel right about black mailing his friend, but he could not afford Kai having a miscarriage he knew both parents would be devastated. Kai crosses his arms and looked to the ground walking out of the kitchen. Lloyd sighs this was tiresome.

"That was enjoyable to watch," a voice said from behind making Lloyd jump. He turned his head to see Lord G at the door frame having watched the entire thing. "How long have you been there?" Lloyd asks. "The entire time," Lord G answers smugly.

On deck

"Are you gonna ask her?" Kai asks Jay as they mopped the deck together. "No I am waiting for the right time," Jay answers. "Jay there might not be a right time. You should just do it," Kai advises. Jay rolled his eyes and looked at Kai with a dead-pan expression. "Like there's a right time to tell Cole?" Jay asks Kai who gave him a glare. "Tell me what?" Cole asks seemingly appearing out of nowhere and scaring both of them. "Tell Cole what?" Cole asks walking over to them. Kai thought fast before Cole became suspicious. "Jay is asking Nya to be his yang," Kai said and Jay glared. "Kai," he whines. Kai sent a apologetic look that Cole did not see smiling wide instead. "That is awesome buddy," Cole said than thought out loud. "Why am I always the last to hear about all the important big stuff?" He asks. "You have no idea," Jay comments off handily. "I have been telling him to just ask, but he wants it romantic like when you asked me," Kai said smiling at the memory of Cole proposing. Cole hugged the two close and with a big smile said. "Jay ask a professionals advice it is best to just get it over with it is like ripping off a old band-aid the sooner you get it over with the better," Cole said smiling at his advice while the other two gave him a look.
