Cole X Kai

Nightmare or vision?

Ever since getting the triplets back Kai had not left the babies for more than hour a day for training then right back to them. Cole was also like that at first, but he was slowly becoming more of a first time parent protective while Kai showed no signs of slowing down. Pythor had been sent to a maximum security prison while Harumi was sent to a mental hospital to deal with some stuff. Zane had been having a great time getting to know his brother who was adjusting nicely living in the monastery with Zane and the others. Speaking of Zane he was currently sleeping while having a nightmare.

Zane's Nightmare

There was a golden snake wrapped in fire as she ordered mummified snakes to attack Ninjago. Then suddenly Zane was seeing a palace and a person sitting in a throne with a dark look. He saw ice samurai marching with a ice dragon blowing on a village turning them all into ice. He saw his ninja friends each frozen in ice. Then Jay opened his mouth and said.

"Zane! Wake up!"

Waking world

Zane woke up with a start to see his little brother Echo looking over him. Echo had been upgraded and repaired, but still kept his bronze interior and yellow gold eyes. "Echo I had a terrible dream," Zane said getting up. "Well a worse one is about to happen Cole is beating your high-score," Echo said pointing down the hall. Zane sighs maybe it was just a dream nothing more. He followed his brother to the living room where everyone except Sensei Wu was gathered cheering Cole on as he attempted to break Zane's high score on fist-to-face 3.

"No! Yes and I win!" Cole cheers as the screen said he had gotten a new high score. Every one cheers as Cole drank from his hat. "Great job Cole that is quite a accomplishment," Zane congratulates. "Thanks no hard feelings right?" Cole asks. "None of the sorts," Zane answers. Zane looked around and realized someone was missing. "Where is Kai?" He asks. "Passed out in our bed room the lack of sleep finally caught up to him. He has been sleeping for about ten hours so far," Cole said. "And the triplets?" Echo asks. "Finally convinced Kai to let Pixal watch over them like she has been asking to do," Cole explains. "After you gave them bracelets that had tracking devices installed," Jay laughs. "Small price to pay," Cole shrugs off. As if on cue Kai came in the room rubbing his tired eyes. "Hey what's all the cheering about?" Kai asks. "Cole beat Zane's high-score I say hot tub time!" Jay suggests and everyone agreed.

Almost five minutes later everyone was in the hot-tub Kai and Cole were cuddling each other. "You know you are right Cole I really need to stop being so over bearing before it becomes a habit," Kai said to Cole. "Yes I read the books," Cole agrees. Suddenly though Sensei Wu showed up and kicked them out of the hot-tub much to everyone's annoyance especially Echo he enjoys it the most. Sensei Wu then had them all line up military style while Cole continues to sip from his hat cup.

"I am disappointed in you all I thought you would not resort to this after everything, but I was wrong. You have all become content and lazy," Sensei Wu said then hit Cole with his staff. "And flabby," he said and Cole was miffed. "Okay now this is getting a tad personal," Cole said. "Yeah Cole is still exercising and we have not gotten lazy," Lloyd said. Wu turned to him with a quizzical look. "Oh really than why has Kai fallen asleep while I was talking?" Sensei Wu asks pointing his staff at Kai who had fallen asleep on Cole's shoulder. Sensei Wu whacked his head and he yelled. "I'm up!" Before yawning and rubbing his eyes. "Sorry Sensei," Kai apologizes. "Look Sensei we are still recovering, mostly Kai, from the whole the triplets getting kidnapped thing and adjusting," Lloyd said. "That was five months ago and Kai and Cole are the only ones who need therapy that they deny needing," Sensei Wu said. "We are fine okay and we just do not want the media flashing cameras in their faces," Kai said. "The point is you have all grown lazy, so I am doing a test," Sensei Wu then revealed a box that what ever was inside. After going on a rant and leaving them in the room with Echo following him alone with the beast Pixal walked up to Sensei Wu with the triplets in a pram for their walk. They each wore adorable baby clothing and each playing with a stuffed animal. Lilly was playing with a bird plushie, Oscar was playing with a lion plushie, and Onyx was playing with a rhino plushie.
