Key

Kai was jumping from building to building looking over the city listening for even a motorcycles engine. "Where are they?" Kai asks into his com. "Zane has cut off all communication and Cole's ear piece is not working," Pixal's voice filters through. "Where were they last seen?" Kai asks. "They jumped on a train, but then we lost their signal," Jay said. "I'm gonna keep looking around from the ground," Kai said jumping off a building. "Where are you?" Kai whispers to himself.

Cole's POV

In head base of the children of evil I was trying to break through the vengestone bars with not much luck. "Why does everyone seem to have vengestone?" I asked myself seriously everyone seems to have it we may as well not use our powers. I bang my head against the bars. "Kai's going to kill me for getting kidnapped twice," I mutter to myself. I looked up and I saw two bikers coming carrying a box. "What's in the box?" One with a mohawk asks. "The key to bringing Lord Garmadon back," The other with dyed hair said. I gasped and looked back away from them. "How can they bring back Lord Garmadon?" I asked out loud. "Do you always talk to yourself?" One of the bikers asked me. "Well not always I just talk a lot and usually have people listening to me and," I noticed they had left. "And I'm talking to myself," I realized. I sat down on the floor thinking of possible escape plans all coming up empty. One thing I knew for sure I had to get the key they couldn't resurrect lord Garmadon Sensei Garmadon was doing just fine. At least I hoped he was.

I looked up when I heard footsteps and saw Ultra Violet. "If you want to gloat I don't care," I snap at her. "Cole," she said flickering into Zane. "Zane! Am I glad to see you," then I realized something. "Wait? You let me get kidnapped!" I exclaimed. "Yes I am sorry, but it was for the mission. Kai expressed his outrage before I turned off my communication," Zane told me. The thought would have made me blush if I was not still mad at him. "Whatever anyway I know what they want. The children of evil want to resurrect the evil version Sensei G using the masks," I told Zane. He seemed very troubled by this. "I will need to get more information I am sorry Cole, but your on your own," Zane said flickering back into ultra and leaving me. "What?! Let me out of here!" I yelled at him.

A guard yells at me. "Shut up and stop talking," mohawk guy said. I then for a idea. I started singing really loudly and really off key. "Stop singing!" A guard yells at me, so I just sing louder. They both came over to me and yelled at me. "Stop singing!" He yells and I grabbed his shirt and banged him hard enough against the bars that he was knocked unconscious. The other guy came to help his friend, but I just did the same thing. I reached through the bars and took the keys opening the cell. I was about to walk out when I thought. "Better go get that key,"

I walked over to the door with the box in it and used the keys opening the dark room. I slowly walked in and saw the box with a blanket over it. I carefully lifted it excepting a key, map, weapon, or cryptic riddle. What I was not expecting was a living breathing baby?! It had green eyes and the same coloured skin as Wu only without all the wrinkles. It giggled and I put the blanket back over it. "A baby?!" I exclaimed to myself. I looked again yep definitely a baby. "Okay Cole it is just a baby why the children of evil want a baby I do not know, but you cannot leave it here key or not," I said to myself and picked up the baby carefully that giggled and wiggled. I smiled and tickled it and it giggled more. "Okay for the record I am no longer talking to myself. I'm talking to you," I said.

I heard footsteps behind me and saw the real Ultra violet at the door. "You have no idea what your taking," she said. "If you want to bring back Garmadon why take a child?" I asked holding the baby away protectively. "You won't live long enough to find out. In fact you were supposed to die on your wedding night," Ultra then lunges at me and I dodged. I stomped my foot creating a small shake and she lost her balance failing her arms out for it. She knocked the baby out of my arms and luckily caught it. The baby cries and squirms in her hold and I quip. "Not the child type?"
