Unexpected

On call room.

Meredith and Derek made their way into the on call room giggling and kissing each other. They got undressed and started to have some fun. About 30 minutes passed of them having fun when the door opened. "What the hell is going on in here" Bailey said as she saw Derek laying on top of Meredith. "Bailey" Meredith yelled. "Oh my- I'm sorry. Just be quieter please" Bailey said as she shut the door and probably went to bleach her eyes. Derek looked at Meredith and started cracking up. "If we were that loud why would she come in here" Meredith giggled. "We should probably get back to work" Derek said as he got up and started putting his scrubs on. "Wait Derek" Meredith said as she started putting her scrubs on also. "What" he sighed. Meredith pulled him in for a kiss. "I love you" she said in between kisses. "I love you too" He replied. They both left the room and Meredith paged Bailey. "Grey I see you have all your clothes on this time" Bailey sighed. "Bailey I'm sorry about that. It's just since I had the babies we haven't had much time to have sex other then like in the shower but that's it" Meredith stated. "Grey that's to much information. I don't not care about your sex life just next time lock the door" Bailey said as she shot Mer a glare. Meredith chuckled and then walked to find Cristina. "Cristina" she said loudly. "Oh hey Mer I haven't seen you in a while" Cristina laughed. "Bailey walked in on me and Derek in the on call room" Meredith says laughing. "Wait really and she didn't tell you to get back to work or something?" Yang asked. "Nope she just told us to be quieter" Mer replied. "That's funny. Well I got to go I have a surgery" Cristina said as she turned towards the OR. Meredith got a feeling. The warm feeling she gets when she's holding her babies. That feeling made her want to go hold her babies so she went towards the daycare to see them. She grabbed them and took them to the Cafeteria for lunch. Alex sat by Mer and took one of the babies. "Hey Mer" Alex said. "Hey how are you" she asked "good give me one of the babies I'll feed one" Alex said as he reached his arm out. Meredith gave him Ellis and said "thank you but you don't have to". "I know I don't have to but I'm going to" Alex replied. After the babies were fed Meredith and Alex took them up to the daycare. "Have they been sleeping well?" Alex asked. "Yes. Sometimes Bailey will wake up in the middle of the night but we get him back to bed and Zola adores them" She replied. "That's good. You have a life that I want in the future with the right person. A big happy family" Alex sighed. "You will find the right person I know it" Meredith said as she put her hand on his shoulder. "I have to go 911 in the pit" Mer said as she parted ways. She ran to the pit and walked over to trauma room one that had a guy with stomach pains. Meredith ordered a MRI and found that he had an inflamed appendix and it needed out ASAP. She booked OR 1 for an emergency appendectomy and scrubbed in. The surgery took about an hour and after it was over Merediths shift was over. She texted Derek and told him she was going to go home and pick up the twins.
