Multiple?

Meredith was now 12 weeks pregnant. Amelia has been staying with them for about 6 weeks now and she decided it was time to move to Seattle to start a new chapter. Meredith was already starting to show a bit and even around 6 weeks she was showing a bit. "Derek" Meredith sighed. "What" He replied. "Why am I already showing" She questioned. "I don't know you are already 12 weeks it's just growing fast" Derek smiled. "I was showing at 6 weeks, that's when Amelia noticed" She replied madly. "The baby is just growing fast trust me" He laughed. "I swear if there is more then one baby I will punch you" She laughed along with Derek. They have an appointment with the OB later in the day so Meredith was going to say something about it. Zola got taken to school and the twins got taken to Daycare so now it was just Amelia, Derek and Meredith. "Ooh are you going to find out the gender. If so I hope it's a girl because if it looks more like Derek then it might look similar to me but if it's a boy I will be happy too because Bailey is adorable" Amelia rambled. "Amelia" Meredith said. "What" Amelia replied. "Stop talking and yes, we will find out the gender" Meredith laughed. "I hope it's a boy because the girls are out numbering us" Derek laughed. Amelia made her way towards the attendings lounge and Derek and Meredith made their way to OB trying not to get spotted by any of their coworkers. When they got to OB they waited for about 10 minutes and then got called back to a room. Meredith laid down and lifted up her shirt. Dr Herman squirted the gel on her stomach and soon the heart beat of their new baby flooded the room. "So do you guys want to know the gender" Dr Herman asked. "Yes please" Derek answered. "Well, it looks like it's a girl congratulations" Dr Herman smiled. "Oh my gosh" Meredith laughed. "The girls are taking over" Derek added. "So everything looks fine. Do you have any questions or concerns?" Dr Herman asked. "Yes actually, when I was about 6 weeks I was already showing and now I am showing a lot more than I did before" Meredith sighed. "Well this is your second pregnancy so you're expected to show faster than the first one. It's nothing to worry about there is only one baby in there I promise" Dr Herman laughed. "Ok thank you very much" Meredith smiled and doctor Herman left the room. "A girl" Derek smiled. "A girl" Meredith giggled. The girls were taking over the house. "At least there is only one" Derek said. Meredith pulled her shirt down and they left OB floor avoiding all coworkers like earlier. They couldn't wait to have another daughter.

I'm so sorry I haven't been updating I have been in trouble lately. This isn't long but I wanted to get this out so I had a little more to my story. TOMORROW IS GREYS DAY!! I CANT WAIT. I'm really excited. Anyways I hope you like this short chapter 😹
