Translated stories I like enough to recommend. I review them so expect some spoilers (I try not to spoil major events.)
(Please read the novels on the original translator's site which can be found on novelupdates!)
On the night of Xiao Ke's thirtieth birthday, he shared a table while drinking. The person he shared the table with was a cool man who fit all of his aesthetic desires. It was practically love at first sight.
He was thirty; he had reached that age where he was no longer the awkward twenty-something youth. He would pursue the one he liked without hesitation, no questions asked.
"I want you to give me a tattoo. I want to spend the rest of my life with you."
Thoughts:
YAAYYY NOT VIRGIN PROTAGONISTS WOOOO! Finally!
The same author of After Our Divorce, I Still Wore Your Jacket and is also kinda similar to it (though I am pretty sure this one was made first.)
The author really likes his/her shou's to make the first move and older gongs. I'm not complaining though, I like it as well.
I really like the MC. He is mature, calm, has some beliefs I relate to, funny, and flirty. Tbh I would want him for myself if I didn't ship him with ML and if he wasn't gay.
...and if he was real *cough*

Anyways, like the other female suitors here in my recommendation list, I like how MC knows when and when not to make a move. He also doesn't force the ML or anything, even when it took quite a while to successfully chase him.
Traumas also don't come and go, which I appreciate. It actually took time to heal (not the with-him-it-magically-disappears trope.)
So yeah. It's a good read, though I would've liked it to be atleast a chapter longer.
I personally feel like it would've been perfect if they only switch, but hey-- still good.
Try it!
Oh, this also has a Drama CD adaptation, but I don't know where to find it. I haven't listened to it as well, I am just here to inform you lol.
