Title: A Broken Mirror Never Mends
Type: chinese novel
Author: 吃点好的
Chapters: 11
Description:
My childhood friend started to dislike me, calling me a clingy, self-conscious stutterer. After I repeated a year and got into his school, he was annoyed and made every effort to distance himself from me.
But he didn't know that I wasn't there for him.
Later, I overcame my stutter and, during the freshman representative speech, I sincerely expressed my gratitude to the person I was most thankful for — my brother.
My childhood friend stood up in a daze.
But he was held down by another person.
His roommate laughed arrogantly and carelessly.
"Bro, step aside, you're blocking my little sister from giving me flowers."
Thoughts:
I honestly put this here because I wanted to recommend the short stories translated by the Crimson Translations group. Whenever I was not in the mood to read a long and time consuming novel (due to being sleep deprived but wanting to read something), I usually check out this site. I always felt entertained reading their novel selections, even when some left me wanting more or ended in a bad way.
I usually read their BG category. Despite being short af, I liked some of the novel's plots. I've honestly had a few favorites from this site as well. I can leave a comment if you'd want to know which stories they were.
So yeah, if you want to pass some time reading, try their site!
