What if love isn't enough? What would happen if you can't communicate? Those are the questions in this novel.
I like the fact that even after forming the relationship and spending so many years together, they still broke it off, as they should. MC (shou) lost himself trying to follow ML (gong), so ofcourse they needed time apart.
Tbh, if they didn't divorce and just separated, the problem wouldn't get solved. They lost communication during their 13 year relationship.
Some people disliked how MC was the one who kept pursuing ML, but I don't really mind. It's not like he made MC feel hurt or anything, so I'm fine with it.
