Translated stories I like enough to recommend. I review them so expect some spoilers (I try not to spoil major events.)

One of my favorite Chinese Novels.
I really liked MC's relationship with his siblings. Although all three of them are sis/bro cons, it is not portrayed in an incest sort of way, but leans towards protectiveness instead.
I liked the fact that MC has an identity crisis as well his confusion on which gender he liked, since he did switch bodies and sex (he is kinda bi, but i'm not sure.)
I also liked how the author humanized him by making him have a greed to become stronger since he did come back from an apocalyptic future. He is not without flaws and though OP, still suffers hardships both physically and mentally.
This story has a good balance of comedy and serious topics.
There are many possible ships with MC being paired with both men and women, and I am very proud to say that a harem is impossible since he hates the very idea (cheating in particular). With the direction the novel is going, my ship is sailing~~ (my ship is cute hehe)

Anyways, one downside is that it takes a month (or more) for the translation to update and there is no MTL, so you'll have to wait. It is fluent though.
