Tang Tang got pushed into the pond by her step sister who frequently bullied her. She thought she would meet her dead mother but, who knew, when she opened her eyes again, she was in a strange place. But what made her happy was that she had a super handsome husband and a very cute son. The most important thing was that her husband was good. He was a hero who protects the country, and earns money to support her and their son. Also, he only has her as his wife, he didn't have any concubines whatsoever. Tang Tang decided she should be submissive to her husband, to be a good wife and a loving mother. Her nanny no longer needed to worry about her not being able to get married anymore!

Too much independent, careerwoman FL's can kill you, so here's a housewife one. (Btw I am not implying that the former is wrong, just that it's nice to have variety)
FL grew up isolated and died young so she is rather naive. Her talents are what ancient chinese women were required to learn to be a "good" wife: cooking, sewing, cleaning, basically "serving", which is actually really realistic.
She is from ancient times so she has the mindset of an ancient women, which explains why she is more submissive and shit. While others may disagree, I don't really mind reading novels where the female lead is more meek, so I still liked her.
FL struggles to gain weight, which adds a sense of realism since not all people gain weight easily. Though she is VERY under weight, like 36 kg when she is 165cm.
I have complex emotions about the original body and ML.
Anyways this story is MTL worthy (though confusing)
