I cant believe I've been at this coaching game for 5 years! I coach the England Womens, Abbi coaches London Irish and Charly coaches saracens. The girls have only just given up playing.

Abbi and Charly still live down the road. Toby is best friends with the twins, well more Elliot and constantly play rugby. Harvey, is more diva like and loves his acting. Charlys girls are two peas in a pod, both love rugby and getting into trouble at school.

After winning the world cup, me and Owen had a little girl Evie Elizabeth Farrell. Shes just about to start reception. 4 going on 14, with her little sassy attitude. She is daddy's little princess, Owen cant say no to her. Green eyes like me, mousey brown hair like Owen and an attitude like Auntie Abbi.

The twins are starting secondary school in September. They got more and more alike in looks as they got older, blue eyes, dark brown hair and both quite tall. Elliot was slightly taller than Alex and that's the only way we could tell them apart apart from their interests. Alex is a very clever little boy and is very much into his science and maths, wants to be a doctor when he grows up and look after all the injured rugby players. Elliot on the other hand, has gone the other way, trying to get him to do homework is a nightmare. Turning into a mini Owen, constantly playing rugby and will never go anywhere without a rugby ball. With the way he is, he will be a prop like his Uncle Ellis.

Ollie has just left school, hes joined the saracens under 18 team, doing really well in it. In fact hes just got scouted for the under 18 England team. He is adamant he wont be a fly half but every game he played he wore the number 10 or 12 shirt. He looked at lot more like Holly, blonde hair and blue eyes but had Owen's soft nature. He was too nice sometimes for his own good. He recently has got a girlfriend and shes definitely a character.

Andy and Colleen moved back to England, Andy stopped coaching Ireland and moved over to The England squad as head coach. While Owen was the assistant coach. He still coached the mini team and wont let anyone else take over. Of course, Evie was in that training, she wanted to know how to kick a ball like her dad. She wont let me teach her but she let's Owen. No matter how much I tell her I'm the better rugby player she wont have any of it.

Me and Owen have been better than ever, it's like everything has finally fell into place and we can live our lives.

Rugby has caused me so much trouble but has also been the reason I am where I am today. I wouldnt change it for the world. Soon will be the day I take my final kick.
