The game started, the game was slow to begin with. Me and Oliver stood by the edge watching every move. Coaching the team even though they couldnt hear us. I'm muttering stuff to myself and oliver shouting "come on Daddy" he stood by my side the whole time and held my hand I had to let go a few times to wipe the sweat forming between our hands. I had to point where Owen was a few times as he lost track as all the white shirts merged together. Everytime he giggled and cheered Owen on even more.

When he got a conversion or a penalty me and Oliver high-fived. Which seemed to be a lot during the game. The score was very close. "I'm going to have one unhappy boy" Mama Farrell chuckled next to me. "Sorry I'm completely ignoring everyone and watching the game" she laughed at me. "Dont worry, everyone here knows your love for rugby and its quite adorable watching the two of you together like this. Plus ignore her shes just jealous it's you doing this not her" I blushed and glanced over to his Ex wife. I forgot not many people seen the bond me and Oliver have. Especially his wife who really did not like it, she hated that I was more than just a rugby coach to Ollie. The prosecco kept coming as I tried to drink them as slowly as possible considering we are going out after this. Luckily the food sobered me up. It was top class treatment. Unlimited drink and unlimited food it was like I was a celebrity.

I could feel daggers from his ex wife, I chose to ignore her. They just got even worse when me and Oliver high fived or hugged. It should be her doing this with Oliver not me. But I suppose she screwed that up. As Mama Farrell warned me about her. She was a nasty piece of work. Owen never slagged her off but always complained of how spiteful she was. Never happy unless she was someones first choice. She defintely didnt like Oliver's attachment to me. We just bonded it was great. I wish she'd understand I'm not playing step mummy I'm more like the fun aunt!

During half time, people were talking about rugby to me and how they watched the game. For some unknown reason womens rugby was a big hit for these people. I didnt think it was that popular. People asked how I met Owen I explained through Olivers training. Not many people knew much about me just that I played rugby now so I did the usual had to explain what I do, how long I played rugby for, the usual chit chat. Holly the ex wife tried to get involved but people just kind of shut her out. I could tell not many people here liked her either. At least I wasnt the only one. Luckily this was only for 15 minutes and people left me and Oliver alone after that.

The second half flew by the scores were neck and neck. "Come on Daddy you can beat Grandpas team" Oliver screamed at the glass as we all laughed. "Yes he can, Daddy can do this" I took a photo and sent it to Owen with the caption of what Oliver said. The cuteness of Oliver kept making me broody. I treated him like he was my own child, I spoilt him. Owen would always moan at me, I was wrapped around Oliver's little pinky and I didnt mind one bit.

England scored the final try, Ben Earl scored "go on son" the family surrounding Holly cheered louder than the rest. I presume that's who shes now dating. Wow what a change. He was completely different to Owen.

Owen lined up to take the conversion which would make up defintely win the game. The exact same position I was in a few months ago. Except his was more to the left a lot more to the left. Still not a bad target.

"Come on Daddy" Oliver whispered. I picked him up. He held me so tight, as we both held our breathe. Owen pulled his very weird face again, which makes Ollie laugh everytime. Owen did his usual arm movement as well, which I could never understand why and the 1 step 2 step 3 step kick, the stadium erupted in cheers as me and Oliver danced in my arms. "We beat Grandads Team" Mama Farrell laughed. "Grandad isnt going to be very happy is he" Ollie laughed "Grandad is going to be grumpy again" which made us laugh.

Great a victory drink - let's see how well this goes.
