The sun started to rise as the moon disappeared into the grey sky. The sunlight wasn't visible due to the big grey clouds of Scotland and its never ending winter.

Remus slowly transformed back into his human form. Sirius took a blanket from the side and quickly put it on him and put clothes to his side.

He looked cold, he pulled his legs to himself and snuggled right under the blanket.

Riley wasn't tired, at least not much. She was getting used to her fox form, it felt strange but not a bad kind of strange. They all turned back to humans.

"So... that looked—" James started. "Painful."

"It did..." Sirius said.

"Do you think he's alright?" Peter asked.

"Not really... But he doesn't seem to have a new scar this time..." Riley said as she looked at Remus' face. Usually after a full moon, his face had a new scar.

"He didn't hurt himself this time," James said. "He said he hurt himself because there wasn't anything else..."

"But he didn't attack any of us..." Peter said.

"Maybe he got distracted," said Riley.

Remus woke up after a few minutes. He looked around and saw his four friends sitting in a circle.

"What— what the hell are you doing here?" he asked in confusion.

"We spent the night with you, remember?" James asked.

"Sorta... I remember kicking something into a wall..." he said.

"That was a random bird which came here," lied Sirius. Remus had kicked him into a wall but Sirius didn't want to make him blame himself for the next month.

"Oh, so I didn't hurt any of you?" he asked quietly.

"Of course not!" James said. "We told you it would work."

"Well... was it— was I scary?" he asked. "I've never seen myself transform and—"

"A new adventure is never bad," said Riley. "And it felt good to accompany you."

"Are you in pain?" Sirius asked.

"Not really... I usually am after moons but, strangely, not this time..."

"It's a miracle..." Madam Pomfrey said to herself as he healed Remus' few scars. "You don't have any new scars and no wounds, no injuries... This is a miracle!"

The four friends smiled at each other.

"I've never seen such thing... You must be getting used to transforming, but it isn't something very common..." Pomfrey said. She smiled at Remus. "I think you'll be able to get out of here this afternoon," she said. Remus smiled at her and then looked at the rest of the Marauders.

Remus was back up on his feet in the afternoon, attending his classes. It was a typical Potions lesson with Slughorn letting them work individually.

Riley didn't really talk much during the class, she read the instructions and applied them without hesitating.

James and Sirius were messing around, wanting to pour the potion on Mulciber's hand. They were also sure that it was Avery and Mulciber's fault about what happened to Mary.

Remus wasn't the best in Potions, he was trying his best. He wasn't as bad as Peter, though.

Mary wanted to stay in the dorm but Marlene stood next to her, encouraging her to come. She was aware of the fact that she was getting weird looks from people from the other houses, Marlene was ready to fight them all.
