The three went back to the Humphreys' house. Mrs. Humphrey quickly wrapped a bandage around her arm and they were in the backyard again.

"Nothing happened, see?" Riley said as she lifted her arm up high. "Totally safe."

"Ethan is such a goody-goody, never in his life did he get detention in school," Penny teased.

"Well, I sure did..." Riley said laughing.

"You were a bit shier when you were still going to school here," Ethan said. "Because of all the—"

"Bullying? Yeah, I was a bit shy," Riley said. "It wasn't that bad though..."

"Riley, she threw a huge rock at your face," Penny said. "You broke your cheekbone!"

"I just don't wanna talk about it, all right?" Riley said suddenly. It was true, it was awful. She still had the scar on her cheek, from that day when she was ten.

It looked like a small, red, scratch now, but she remembered what it looked like then. It was a big, purple bruise and a scar since the rock had cut her skin. She remembered how Ivy tried to fix it but couldn't do it properly so the scar was still there.

Vicky was suspended for two weeks but was back again with bullying right after that. She didn't even know the school's garden had those big rocks. She remembered how she locked herself up in her room for days and isolated herself from everyone, even Ivy. Her parents were furious after that, they went to school, even talked to Vicky's parents but it didn't make a difference.

"Wasn't the best time of my life..." Riley said.

"Want anything to eat?" Ethan asked as he broke the silence. They nodded and rushed to the kitchen.

Riley went home around eight o'clock. Ivy had come home and her mu was cooking something which smelled delicious.

"You're home!" Ivy said as she hugged Riley. "Wait, what happened to your arm?"

"Nothing... fell off a tree—"

"What?! Are you alright? I can fix your arm—"

"It's fine, it's just a scratch."

"How was Hogwarts this year?" Ivy asked as they both sat on Ivy's bed.

Her room was completely blue. It had white walls and her bed had a light blue, fluffy blanket which Riley sometimes borrowed (without letting Ivy know...) It was so neat and tidy, everything was placed carefully on top of the shelves. Riley remembered how she wrote "IVY" on her door with a blue marker, Ivy has never tried to take it off. There was a big window with plants in front of it. In the morning, it was the brightest room in the house. It was full of light coming from the bright sun.

On the other hand, Riley's room was a mess, everything piled up in corners, her bed mostly not made up... Her room was mostly yellow. She had posters up on her walls of bands and a Gryffindor flag. The only thing not thrown to the side was her ukulele. It was on her desk, along with her books and papers. Ivy had also written "REY" on her room's door.

"It was fine..."

"...fine?"

"Yeah."

"You're hiding something..."

"No, I'm not!"

"I've known you since you were born Rey, come on!"

"My friend is a werewolf," Riley said quietly.

"A what — seriously?" Ivy asked.

"Siriusly," Riley mumbled, then realized she wasn't with her friends.

"What?" asked Ivy. "So you are friends with a werewolf?"

"Yes. But I knew since our first year," Riley said quickly.

"So what's the big deal with this?" Ivy asked. "You always tell me these stuff."

"Well — let's just say that Snivelly isn't the nicest..."

"Why do you call him that?"

"He calls muggle-borns mudbloods... Also, he tells every single prank we do to McGonagall, and the worst part is that Evans is still friends with him... I thought she was smart at least!" Riley said. "He thought I was a werewolf—"

"Rey!"

"But it's fine, I think he understood he was wrong—"

"You should tell that to someone! What if he spreads a rumor?"

"So? Then I'll spread the fact that he got slapped in the face by me!" Riley said smilingly.

"You what?!"

"I wasn't gonna let him think I was a werewolf!"

"Yeah, that's true..."

--------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Moony,

How's everything? Are the transformations going alright? If they are not, I hope they get better soon... My parents are mental, totally insane! And Reg, if you're reading this, I DON'T CARE! They don't even let me send letters without taking a look at it!

See you soon,

Sirius.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Sirius,

It's bad, particularly bad due to me not being at Hogwarts, I want to go back there. I almost went outside the last moon and my dad closed the door at the last minute, I feel guilty now. And, they are not hurting you, are they? If they are please let me know.

See you soon too,

Remus.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Dear James,

When are you going to Diagon Alley this year? Maybe we can see each other! I wrote to Remus and he sounded sad, but it's good we go back to school in like two weeks. Is Pete there too? I'll write to Riley too, if she doesn't reply back again that cannot mean good...

REG IF YOU'RE READING THIS, DON'T!

Sirius.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Dear James,

See, I'm replying back this time, no need to worry. I have an idea for our fourth year, I'll try climbing to the Whomping Willow, I tried to climb up to a big tree here and almost broke my arm but that's fine. I wrote to Remus, he was a bit sad.

See you,

Riley.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Riley,

THAT'S AN AWESOME IDEA WE HAVE TO CLIMB UP THERE! Apparently, Pete doesn't think it's a good idea but that's fine. I heard about Moony, we'll cheer him up.

Peter and James.
