Brian POV... I would agree with whatever Mark wanted ,bc he was the head in the board, and I was aware that getting on his bad side was never smart... I knew who ass to kiss and I always did so... I knew he didn't want Agent Jareau to receive a harsh  punishment, but I also knew we had three people against us... We should focus first on the punishment for Dr Reid and Agent Jareau assaults, is that ok with everyone I asked? Everyone nodded yes.. The handbook States that one agent should never hit another one, but if this did happened, the punishment is this... If the agent had never participated in this conduct before, the one and only time punishment would be that the agent take anger management classes, together and one that isn't in the baruea.. They also must be suspensed without pay for a week I continued... If the agent agree to this, the following reads.. This can never occur again bc if it does reoccur the agent with be fired and faced jail time... The agent must sign a form I concluded.. Silence and then I looked at Agent Jareau and Dr Reid...
