Ad Joshi: My lord,my client Shruti, don't want to live with that person,he physically, mentally harrsedd her , file a totally nonsense accusations were made against her to get divorced, this divorce case is going on more than a year now,and Now mr Kumar wants her back,is it some joke,he wasted so much time of hourable court,he should be pushied for that and my client wants divorce ,so please continue the case. So I ordered but both parties to talk with each other and their advocate, don't waste time of the court, whether both parties want divorce or wants to stay together,till then next date is given,till next date ,I ordered both advocates to let me know what their respected clients decided. Out of the judge's chamber . Mr. Kumar: look Shruti,my sister is getting married next month,so all my family members wants ,it will be good,if we just pretend that we are a couple. Shruti: ohhh really ,and why would I do this favour to you? Mr. kumar: if you say in court ,your ready to live with me,and we both attain my sister's wedding as husband-wife,I will you give you divorced . My word,look both of our lawyers are here,I don't want to be with you,you don't want to be with me,so let's get divorce,just be my wife till my sister get married. Shruti:Noooooo,I don't want to be your wife,for a second, forget a month. Mrs. Joshi: Shruti , listen,be practical,just attain the wedding ceremony of his sister and he have to keep his words. Mrs .kale: yaa,yaa that's fine with us too, look,if u fight in court you both wasting your time,so I assure he will be giving you divorce,we will submit in court in written,we trying to work on our marriage for one month,if not succidded grant divorce. What you say ad. Joshi. Ad. Joshi: Shruti ,it will save our time and energy,I think it's good,are you ready,I will make sure you get divorce,they can't trick us ,once they given it in written in court.so trust that. Shruti: ok,do it.i want divorce that's it.you make sure it happens. Ad. Joshi : ya sure.
