Post the Sports Day Episode of Kingdom, the 6 participating groups were divided into 2 teams of 3 groups each and the two teams competed head to head in the following three categories:
-> Rap Performance
-> Dance Performance
-> Vocal Performance
The two teams were:
Team "Mayfly" comprising of BTOB, Stray Kids and ATEEZ
Team "It's One" comprising of iKon, SF9 and TBZ
Since the theme of this round was "No Limit", there were no specific rules in terms of the no of participating members, song choice, etc.

C] Vocal Performance
