I finally left campus after successfully (?) completing one year of MBA.
I had slept off in a friend's room so woke up, came back to mine, freshened up a bit and started my journey back. I don't like to get caught up in too many emotions while leaving.
The travel back was mostly smooth. I hadn't reached super early like I normally do so I boarded the plane on the final call. But it was still smooth.
My body was broke tho. I am just recovering from illness and the heavy bags took a roll on my back.
Dad came to receive me at the airport and I went back home where I was greeted with mom and one of my favourite prawn dishes.
To get rid of my tiredness, I slept off for a good 3-4 hours. Then I took a long hot shower and decided to unpack my bag but didn't end up doing it. I need to quickly decide what all I need to buy before internship starts.
If mom welcomed me back with her prawns, dad did so with alcohol. We made our usual arrangements and had a good drinking session until after midnight. I also spoke to Alex and Pamela in the middle.
It's great being back home, even if it's for just a few days.
