Y/N'S POV

Time flies fast and now it's already Friday. Yesterday, we took half of our exams and today, we'll take the other half. There's actually just one subject left and we're taking it right after lunch. I must say that it's been pretty well and I am confident that I got the questions right. But who knows? I might be wrong.

Right now, we're at the cafeteria for lunch and doing last minute interviews for Literature. My eyes lazily scanned my notes I memorized by heart now as I chewed slowly. Only half of my brain is working at this point. Burnt out by the previous 100-item tests. Beside me, I could hear Lin Fan mumbling to herself and memorizing.

"A Mid-Summer Night's Dream... Hamlet... and ugh, Romeo and Juliet... and Hamlet?" She recited, totally confused with herself.
"You already mentioned Hamlet." I mumbled and corrected her.

"You can start in a chronological order. First, The Taming of The Shrew, Henry VI parts 2 and 3, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, Titus Andronicus, Henry VI part 1, and so on." I listed off, eyes never leaving my notes.

"How can you even memorize all of that?" Jiaqi complained, making me look at her stressed-out appearance.
"Y/N may not look like it, but she's a total nerd. She has been reading and writing ever since I can remember. I wouldn't be surprised if she read all of those by now." Yu Yan piped up as she continued reading.

"So, Literature is like your favorite subject then?" Jiaqi asked.
"Well, duh! You heard what Yu Yan said and Y/N's the Drama Club president. That should be obvious." Lin Fan sassed, making me fondly roll my eyes at her and go back to my notes.
"Fanfan isn't wrong."

"Ugh, this is one of those times when I wish I could just switch brains with somebody else. I mean, 37 plays? That's insane!" Lin Fan groaned out slammed her head to the table dramatically. A few people look at our table weirdly. Jiaqi let out a laugh at that and covered her mouth.

"You don't get to laugh because you're both the same." Yu Yan told Jiaqi who immediately stopped laughing and pouted.
"In my defense, I already memorized more than half of the list." Jiaqi said and flicked her hair at Yu Yan who grimaced.

"Shh. Stop arguing and just continue reviewing. There's only 20 minutes left." I interjected and stop them from continuing. I heard them let out huffs before doing so.

I looked across us and accidentally on Keran and their table. Something has definitely changed over the few days that passed. It's like there's a silent agreement to lay off each other's groups for I don't know how long, since the incident. Of course, Keran and Xiaotang still talked to us, it's just that, it's like they're avoiding all three of them being with us.

I quietly observed their group. Keran's relaxed and leaning back on her chair while her two friends are busy reviewing as well. It must have something to do with her belief that her face is enough to get her by. I didn't realize that I've been staring for way too long until Liu Yuxin looked up from her book and our eyes met.

I have been avoiding getting into trouble or even involved with her. I'm not stupid to not notice the approaches she's been trying to make and I just didn't have any interest in letting her. She is trying to do those things out of guilt, to make herself feel better.

"Y/N, I have a question." I teared my eyes away from Liu Yuxin and looked at Jiaqi.
"Is it related to Literature?" I asked, raising a brow at her as she just smiled.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" She asked, blinking innocently.
"How is that related to Literature and what we're reviewing?" I facepalmed, partly to cover my burning face. I glanced at Yu Yan and the damned best friend just shrugged, while Lin Fan is still busy memorizing with her head still on the table.
