Y/N's POV
"Students, there are ten more minutes before the time is up. Please double check your names and answers before passing your papers." Mister Jin announced.
Tension rose in the air as the others started to answer their test papers quickly. I was just about done with mine and proceeded to double or even triple check everything. I glanced at Lin Fan beside me and saw her lying down on her desk, clearly relaxed.
"This test is so easy. It's exactly what I studied for." She commented in a whisper.
"Good for you." I answered as I put my pen down and stretched my hand. "The back part was slightly challenging."
"Back part?!" She exclaimed and turned her paper over to look at the back part. "Holy... I'm dead." She cried out before she started to furiously write and answer the remaining question on the page.
I shook my head at her and sighed. She should be fine. There's only one question there and it's just an essay. She shouldn't have a problem. I only consider it as challenging because it made me think for a while to figure out the best way possible to answer it.
"Time's up!" mister Jin announced and the bell rang accordingly. He gave us a smile that definitely didn't match the stress level that we just experienced. "Please pass your papers on the table."
All of us stood up and walked to the front to give him our papers. Now all that's needed to be done is wait for the results to come out. "Right, you're all dismissed now." Mister Jin said and walked out of the room with our papers.
"Oh my god, that was the most intense 10 minutes of my life." Lin Fan groaned and literally hung off me with her arms around my shoulders.
"Geez, Fanfan." I groaned as I tried not to stumble and fall face first on the floor. "At least give a warning before you decide to be a koala bear."
Yet she didn't seem to hear anything at all as she just continued whining and her hold only tightened. Almost to the point of choking me. "F-Fanfan... my oxygen... s-supply." I heaved and hit her arm.
"Right, enough of that." Yu Yan interjected and pushed us apart. " We don't want her to drop dead. It would be a nuisance to hide her body." She added.
My eyes narrowed in on her and I hit her on the back of the head. "Nice to know where your concern lies." I sarcastically said and rolled my eyes as the two of them just laughed.
See how nice my friends are? They laugh at my misery.
"Anyway, I think we all deserve to celebrate. That's our very last test!" Lin Fan announced as she tugged us towards the door. "We should eat out for dinner."
"Oh, I know a good hot pot place down the street." Yu Yan suggested as we walked down the hallway. "Meng and I ate there a couple of times." She added.
"Who?" Lin Fan and I asked in chorus, both looking at Yu Yan in confusion.
"Meng as in Daimeng." She answered with a huff. "Do keep up.""Well sorry. Its not our fault you never formally introduced your girlfriend to us." Lin Fan commented and I nodded along.
"Exactly.""Thing is that we are not girlfriends." Yu Yan said and my brows rose in surprise.
"But you guys make out everywhere. But you're not together? What?" I mumbled, ignoring the glare she sent my way.
"Oh my god, are you guys like FWB? As in Friends with bene-" Yu Yan reached over and clamped a hand over Lin Fan's mouth to stop her from talking."I swear to god, that big mouth of yours." Yu Yan hissed before pulling away. "We're just dating for now. We're not exactly girlfriends yet." She cleared.
