61. Lost In Signs

Lin Fan's POV

"Hello Class A, I'm Niu Zaizai!" A boy from Class D introduced as he enthusiastically waved at us.

His fellow classmates are around and distributing papers to our class. We quietly sat there, not really understanding anything. All I know is that there are no classes for today and they suddenly barged in.

"Free tickets for you, Fanfan!" Xinyi said and gave me five papers instead of just one.

"Oh, umm, thanks." I mumbled and accepted them.
"You're very welcome!" She smiled widely before moving on to Keran.

"They disturbed my nap for this?" Y/N grumbled and groaned as she looked at the paper in distaste.
"I have better things to dream about..." She complained and rested her head on her palm.

"Like what?" I asked, making her look at me.
"Shaving Kong Xue'er's head and throwing her out of the house." She answered bluntly and seriously.

If Kong Xue'er is here now, she's most probably screech and complain about Y/N. Well, gladly, she's with Ella Laoshi and recording. Everyone's pleased about it. To say the least. No one seems to mind it at all.

"That girl's an utter nightmare, I'm telling you. Ugh, I can't even..." She sighed and rolled her eyes before she ate a slice of apple.
"Last night, she locked me out of my room. My room. I was almost late today."

"I told you, you're welcome to spend the weekend over." I said.
"Nah." She shook her head.
"I was already there for two days. I'll be imposing too much."

"Don't be silly. You lived with mom and I for one whole month in the past. Three days is nothing." I huffed but she just shrugged and continued eating.

The weekends have passed and yet, none of us know or has any idea of what really happened to her and the worry is still there. It seems like Y/N had noticed it too as now, she's trying to act like how she usually is. But underneath her acting skills, I could tell that she's still feeling down. And she would constantly zone out.

"Why is this so slow? I wanna sleep more before I'm called for practice." Y/N huffed and played around with the paper.

"What's taking this so long? Just state why you're here for, so you can leave." Yuxin suddenly spoke up, voice really intimidating and she's on president mode.

I personally think that it's just because she heard Y/N complaining and decided to speak up. After all, she seemed completely fine when Class D went in. We've all noticed how she's become so attentive and observant to anything that Y/N does since what happened.

Everything turned quiet as if no one was even speaking and our class turned serious. This, of course, made Class D nervous as they looked at each other. Things remained that way until Niu Zaizai spoke up for them to answer Yuxin.

"Well, our booth would be a combo of set up dates, jail booth, secret confessions and even a marriage booth! We're giving away these free tickets so you can write who you want to experience one of our booth's branch. If you want more tickets, you can buy it for 3 yuan each. Perfect is you wanna set someone up!"

"Jony J Laoshi is also giving extra points in philosophy to those who'll participate!" Jin Zihan added and smiled at the class, causing some of them to swoon.

At the mention of being given free points, we all moved to write on the piece of paper. And because I have five tickets, I took advantage of it and wrote Y/N and Yuxin's name on them for every single booth. I was already at my fourth when I glanced at Y/n and saw that she's just eyeing the paper like it's an alien.
