The Legend of the Three Caballeros
José x Donald x Panchito
Established Relationship
Fluff

For Donald to be such a cranky duck he sure did love Christmas. If Donald was honest with himself it started as a way to get under Scrooge's skin but it has grown into full blown adoration of the season. Unfortunately, this was first year celebrating in the cabana, which meant they he was runing out on dangerous adventures every other day, leaving little to no time to decorate or shop. The one day he was lucky enough to slip away one day to actually go shopping and he didn't know why it came as a surprise to his boyfriends.

"Donald, where are you going?" Panchito stopped him before he could get out of the door.

"Shopping!" One of Donald's favorite hobbies so the rooster thought nothing about it.

"Want me to join you, mi amor?"

"No!" Donald shouted and instantly regretted when the rooster's frowned. "I meant I'm going Christmas shopping!"

"Oh! I differently want to go!" Panchito begged as José appeared from the treasure room.

"Go where?" The parrot asked.

"No, no. I'm going to buy presents. You can't come." Donald pushed them away from the door.

"Ay, patinho don't take too long you'll freeze." José wrapped Donald in coat and all but pushed him out the door. He turned back to Panchito.

"What was that about?" Panchito looked at him with a frowned.

"Christmas is his favorite holiday and we've been so busy." José walked through the small house, Panchito following him. "So I have a surprise for him."

They walked onto the back porch and an evergreen pine was leaned against the wall.

"It's muy bonito!"

"Si! Indeed. Help me, won't you?"

"Si!" Panchito said, already trying to pick up the tree.

They brought the tree into the cabana. They set it up in the corner by the TV. José wrapped the tree in fairy lights while Panchito made hot chocolate and beneulos. Donald came back in and face planted in the couch.

"Donald, meu bem. Are you alright?" José stopped decorating the tree and walked over to a defeated looking duck.

José noticed only a few gifts spilling out of his bags onto the floor mainly toys for April, May, and June and his nephews.

"Never let me do that again." Donald reached up and pulled José into the couch. He buried his face into the bird.

"Hola mi amor! I made," Panchito's sentence died in his throat as he saw how exhausted Donald was.

He sat down his tray off goodies on the coffee table and joined his boyfriends. He laid on top of Donald. The warmth was lovely and Donald never wanted to move. Though when Donald knew they had fallen asleep-because of Panchito's soft snores and José hand that had been petting his head had fallen away-he knew it was the only chance to wrap their presents with no prying eyes.

Begrudgingly he untangled himself. Once he was standing, he noticed the tree and treats. He decided it was worth the hassle of Christmas Shopping to come home to this. He couldn't have been happier and it didn't matter what he anyone got for Christmas because he already had the best gifts.
