"Let's do something, "Nate said randomly popping into the bedroom.

"Like what? "I asked as I continued to fold clothes.

"I have an idea, but it's a surprise. "

He must have been thinking about this for a while.

"Okay,"I said with a smile.

He smiled widely and left the room.

"Wait! "I shouted.

"Yes, babe? "

"What am I supposed to wear?"

He looked at the clothes on his bed and shook his head. Then he went to the closet and came out empty handed.

"What you have on is fine,"he laughed.

I grabbed a pillow and threw it at him.

"You could have just told me that! "

"I know, "he said with a cheeky grin.

"Idiot,"I laughed.

We got into our car and drove for what felt like an hour. I hate surprises and I was becoming anxious.

"Babe-"

"I told you it's a surprise, "he said with a smirk.

"You know I hate surprises, "I groaned.

I waited for a few minutes and started to complain again.

"Nate. "

"Claire. "

"Can you give me a hint? "

He thought for a moment.

"Sure; we're getting something that we talked about before. "

"We talk about a lot of things, "I pouted.

He smiled and a few minutes later we pulled into a pet shop's parking lot.

I gasped.

"A husky ?!" I exclaimed.

Nate nodded his head with a smile as I jumped out of the car excitedly. We entered the shop and walked around, stopping at a pen we found full with five cute huskies that were all boys.

The tiniest one caught my eye and I motioned for Nate to take a look at him. Nate took a long look at the puppy , watching him play around with the bigger ones. He found a worker to help us pay for the puppy and get the essential things that you would need for a puppy.

I sat the passenger side with , the puppy in my lap .
"We need to name him," Nate smiled .
"Bruno," I stated almost instantly .
"Bruno ?"he repeated.
