Zemo & Celina are sitting next to each other at the Sokovian Memorial site. He holds her hand & kisses it. Bucky shows up.

"I thought you'd be here sooner. Don't worry, I've decided I'm not going to kill you", Zemo states.
"Stop it", Celina whispers.

Bucky & Zemo talk for a bit until Bucky pulls out a gun, aiming it at Zemo's head.
"Oh my god", she whispers. Celina tries to come towards them but Zemo extends his arm back, signaling her not to come forward. Zemo has accepted his fate. Celina gasps when Bucky pulls the trigger. When nothing happens, Bucky lowers the gun & opens his hand to drop the bullets. The Dora Milaje show up.

"Ladies", Zemo says. He hands the little notepad back to Bucky & tells Bucky that he has crossed his name off the list. Ayo speaks with Bucky while the other two Dora Milaje take him away.

"Wait!", Celina shouts. The Dora Milaje & Zemo turn around. Celina walks over to him. The guards watch her carefully. Celina turns around to face Ayo.
"Ayo, please. Can you give me a moment to say goodbye?"

Ayo looks between them & her guards then nods. The guards take one step back. Everyone watches them.
"This is it, my baby. It's time for me to go."
She touches his face.
"I meant what I said. I never stopped loving you."

"I know. So did I. I will never stop loving you, Celina. I apologize for not being a better man. I let my anger & revenge consume me, taking me away from you. Changing me into what I have become. You deserved better." She begins to cry.

"No, no, no, my baby. No tears. This has been a long time coming. I must pay for my crimes." He wipes her tears away.

"You are forever on my mind. I love you, Celina." She hugs him tightly as she cries into his shoulder.

She pulls away but he grabs her & kisses her passionately for the last time.
