*Cal's pov*
(Back to current times)
"You can see timelines?"
I looked at Pat and nodded before looking around. I was close to the area where Michael and Devin will be passing by. I'll have to keep close here.
"So you saw my timeline." Pat said
"Like I said I'm really sorry for what happened to you." I said
"It's fine but wait does that mean that this timeline will be safe?" Pat asked
"I can't not tell you. I can't tell people otherwise things will get messed up. I only know because there's an event I want to stop." I said
"I see." Pat said
"As much as I would love to continue this conversation I have something I need to do." I said and I bid Pat good bye before leaving.
I ran off to the main place this event was going to take place at. I took a deep breath and sighed. This was going to be a long night that I wish wouldn't happen.
*Monty's pov*
I was walking with Mori around Atlantide because I wanted to see if I could find this Cal person. Mori was with because they can be and they wanted company for a bit.
"So I was thinking about who it could be." I started talking for conversation purposes
"Ya? How long have you been thinking about this?" Mori asked
"Well I went and spied on Divinus Magia for a bit" I said
"Oh ok who is it then" Mori asked
"Well they stand out like a glow stick and they have this weird eyeliner on their face. He also has lots of bandages around his arms" I explained his appearance before Mori stopped me
"Like that guy over there?" Mori asked pointing at him which I took a moment to process.
"Exactly." I said before completely realizing who it was, it was indeed Cal.
"I see well we found him." Mori said
"Yes. Yes we did I'm going to talk to him." I said
"Well good luck I'm leaving I have other places to be." Mori said
"Alright you going to go poof?" I asked and they looked at me before going poof.
"Ah there they go. Poof." I said before walking over to Cal
"Knock knock hello anyone awake?" I asked and Cal opened one eye and looked at me before jumping.
"Ah! Oh my god..." He yelled before staring at me for a bit as he slowly took a breath and calmed down.
"Sorry about that, just on edge." Cal said
"I can see that. You good sir?" I asked
"I'm fine just hanging out." Cal said
"All the way out here? Isn't there like games going on over there?" I asked pointing twords the stadium
"Ya but I'm not one for completely watching fights like those besides I have other things that I need to be around for." Cal said
"Oh well may I ask who you might be?" I asked.
"Oh me I'm Cal." He said introducing himself.
"And who might you be if I may ask." Cal said
"Oh where are my manners my name's Mountavious but just call me Monty." I said
"Oh well it's nice to meet you Monty. What brings you all the way out here?' Cal asked sitting down.
"Ah well the towns empty so I decided to take a walk around." I said
"I see. I mean ya it's really nice out today....oh god I'll have to remember to check in with Inpu about something things....sorry just speaking to myself." Cal said doing a sort of whisper as he talked to himself out loud.
"Your good. So I heard your a demigod is that true?" I asked
"Well it's not surprising that people know. The rifts have been around everywhere now and then be have yet to actually get to one... Yes I'm a demigod" Cal said
"Oh that's cool." I said and before I could continue I heard someone
"CAL!!" Someone yelled as they flew down from the sky.
"Oh hey Bryan how's it going man?" Cal asked
"Nothing much just looking for you. Also listen to this it's so amazing, even Inpu was in shock." The person named Bryan said as he held out a small child. I decided to watch but not intrude on them.
"Mmm..ma...ma" the child went and Bryan went all happy.
"Oh...that's his first words right?" Cal asked
"Yes! This is Artemis's first words" Bryan said
"Oh now that is so fricken adorable." Cal said holding out his arms and Bryan let him hold the child or Artemis.
"Oh who's this? Did I intrude on a conversation?" Bryan said looking at me.
"No your fine I was going to leave soon anyways." I said
"Oh well you probably know my name from when Cal said it, but I'm Bryan I'm the son of Aphrodite goddess of love and beauty." Bryan said introducing himself.
"I don't have a fancy introduction but I'm Montavious, or Monty for short" I said
"It's nice meeting you." Bryan said before Cal handed him the small child. It really was a small child with wings, ear, and a tail.
I smiled under my mask before walking off. I walked out of Atlantide and made my way to the base. I met up with Biblico and Mori along the way. It was starting to get dark so I stopped time so we could continue to walk before the sun fully set.
"So Monty how was it out there?" Biblico asked
"Absolutely fantastic. I met Cal and I met one of the Lampshade demigods. Bryan, son of Aphrodite, goddess of love and beauty." I said repeating after him
"Oh? How interesting." Biblico said
"Oh I also met Artemis. Bryan's child." I said
"The child? What was that like?" Mori asked
"Interesting got to whiteness it saying it's first words a second time." I said
"I see. How interesting." Biblico said and I could only smile. Looks like these demigods might get a few extra.
