"Where are you going?" Minho's mother eyed her son, who entered the room with a suitcase. He unplugged his earphone with a hidden eye roll and answered. "Some school trip. Don't expect me to be home for the next few days." Minho closed the door behind him without saying goodbye. Not that it mattered. That's just how their relationship was. If you could even call it that.

She watched her son step toward the limo from the vast window, a suitcase following behind him, which got taken out of his hands by the chauffeur. Once Minho's seated, the car started moving. But of course, he didn't spare her one glance. She crossed her arms, a sigh escaped her lips, but just as she was about to move, her heel pinned on something on the ground. She furrowed, crouching down to pick up the letter. "A Performing Arts Academy, huh?" His mother held the envelope in her hands. "Tsk, tsk, Lee Minho, you are making a mistake." And with a grin, she placed the letter on a desk, strutting away after, her heels echoing on the marble floor. This is only the beginning.

"Oi, it looks like you haven't slept in days," Seungmin pointed out upon seeing a zombie-looking Jisung with dark circles under his eyes. "Maybe that's because I haven't slept at all last night," he answered in his head but he didn't want his friends to hear. "Hmm, yeah, whatever. You look crusty as always," he snarled back and ruffled his hair in an attempt to wake himself up. "Do you want me to put this away for you?" Felix motioned to the boy's suitcase to which Jisung nodded. "Thanks, Lix," he thanked his small friend before two arms wrap around him. A chin now rested on his shoulder. "How's my Love doing?" Minho asked while Chan helps with the rest of the luggage. Jisung leaned his back against his chest. "I'm doing fine, just a bit tired, that's all," he hummed and closed his eyes, trusting on Minho not to let him fall.

After some lovey-dovey interaction, they all decided to get on the bus. As Chan was busy handling the baggage with some other students, he spotted Hyunjin standing in the distance. "Can you all handle the rest?" he asked the others, and upon receiving a few hums of agreement sprinted over to the bus where Hyunjin waited.

"Good morning," Chan greeted, receiving a kiss on the cheek from the taller. "Morning," Hyunjin responded in the usual way. "Should we-"

"Hyunjin!" the girl waved and jogged towards him. Hyunjin already read Chan's questioning expression and spoke. "I was actually waiting on Georgia." He caressed the back of his neck, hoping he didn't give off the wrong thing. "Just call me Georgy." She smiled, showcasing her pearl white teeth. Chan's jaw stiffened as he bit his lip. "Oh, I see."

"Why don't you head up first?" Hyunjin motioned to the bus as Georgia now stood next to him. A smug grin appeared on her face, her eyes challenging Chan. "Yeah, you should head up first. I didn't put my suitcase away yet."

"I will wait for you on the bus then," Chan says before turning around. Hyunjin followed him with his eyes all the way until he got out of sight, a sigh escaping. It's not like he was jumping from happiness to spend his time with a random girl he didn't even know. Maybe before, but now is just different. Everything changed.

"Where's Hyunjin?" Minho furrowed his eyebrows upon seeing his friend enter alone. Chan shuffled to the open seat in front of them, his face forming a pout. "The new girl." he simply answered with a hidden bitterness in his voice, but Minho cut him off before he said anything else. "Why?" he interrogated with his typical unfiltered attitude as if having read his friend's mind. Jisung slapped him against his side, resulting in Minho rubbing his arm. "Manners, Lee Minho."

Chan pressed his face against his hand, looking out on the parking lot. "Maybe I'm just overreacting." At least he hoped so. But the uneasy feeling growing in his chest tried to convince him otherwise. That feeling only fueled more once Hyunjin got on but sat down with Georgia instead. "Didn't he say he would sit here?" Chan frowned, lost in thought and insecurities. Is she more important than him? "Hello?" Minho rose his voice, shaking Chan out of his daze. "Huh, what?"
