Jisung stood beside the bed with rolled-up sleeves, a wet cloth in his hands, tracing it over his skin, feeling the coolness trigger his senses while he cleaned himself. "What?" Jisung turned his head. "You're looking," he said and threw the cloth somewhere. "At something very beautiful." Minho added, not letting Jisung escape from his watch. "You're exaggerating," he scoffed before two hands pulled him back into bed. Minho entangled himself around the other, refusing to let go of him. "Please, forgive me.." he mumbled into the other's nape. Jisung sighed and wrapped his arm over Minho's head. "I told you, I already did."
He finally turned around to face him, looking up to meet Minho's eyes. Without hesitation, he pecked his lips. "Love, I forgave you. Now it's time to forgive yourself." Jisung argued and nestled his face into the other's chest.
"I can't lose someone so precious as you." Minho rested his chin on top of Jisung's head, caressing it further. "Luckily you didn't."
It took the rest a little longer while to get on good terms. Chan was still hurt by Minho's distant behavior and it took the two some time to get used to one another again, but when they did, it was emotional.
Chan grasped Minho around his neck, tears shedding down as he held his best friend in the tightest hug till now. Minho embraced him equally as tight as if both were scared the other would disappear if they didn't hold onto the other. "You stupid idiot," Chan cursed. "Don't ever do that again.."
"I won't," Minho hiccuped, burying his face in his friend's shoulder, a smile both tugging at the corners of their mouth. "You always leave me behind," Hyunjin complained with a smile, joining their hug, Chan and Minho already holding out their arms for him. "I hate you guys," Hyunjin chuckled, the two laughing along cause they all knew that in Hyunjin's language that meant he cared deeply about them.
As for forgiving Minho, this is how it went with Jisung. "Seungmin, please, he's trying. Take it easy on him." Jisung begged, clinging onto his friend's arm, putting on his pouty face.
"This is his very last chance, he better not screw it up." Seungmin warned, pointing his finger. As Seungmin stormed off, Felix turned to Jisung with an apologetic smile. "Just let him be, Ji. I think he needs time to adjust.
"He's just worried about you, y'know?" Felix rubbed his friend's shoulder as he saw the other's saddened face. "I know.." Jisung trailed off. "I asked you guys to give him multiple chances now. But I promise he's not trying to hurt me!" he tried to persuade his friend. "I get it, Ji," Felix interrupted him with a faint chuckle. "You both must have a lot on your plate. Everyone has their reasons." the Australian reassured. "Thanks, Lix." Jisung leaned onto Felix's shoulder as he continued to comfort him. "No worries, I trust you."
Minho froze in his spot as he got downstairs with Jisung. Jisu stood there, in the kitchen, humming along to a song playing on the radio somewhere in the background when she heard a familiar voice.
"Jisu."
She stopped, trying to process the situation. "Minho..." Jisu whispered to herself. She turned around. Her hand clasped to her mouth and tears sprung in her eyes. Jisung stepped out of the way just in time when she ran toward them.
"I missed you." She caressed Minho's head, cradling him.
Jisung smiled, tears starting to blur his vision from the scene in front of him. "Don't make me worry like that again, okay?" Minho shut his eyes. "Please forgive me. I disappointed you, I left him and you."
Jisu disconnected from the hug and wiped Minho's cheek. "That's not important now, Minho, I am relieved you returned home." She brushed through his hair, looking at him as if they hadn't seen each other for years. She then reached out for Jisung's hand, holding his hand while holding Minho's in the other.
"Listen. You two only have each other. So promise me." She sighed in between her sentence before continuing. "You won't leave each other."
