Jisung awoke to the sound of the door opening and a nice, blonde Australian entering. "Good morning, Ji," Felix greeted him with that angel-like smile of his, being careful not to make too much sound as he sat down next to him. "How was your day yesterday?" He laced a hand on top of Jisung's arm, tilting his head slightly. "Not a complete disaster, like I imagined. It was fine, I guess. It really drained me, though." Jisung halted, casting his gaze down with his lips in a fine line, recalling yesterday. "And I missed you guys.."

"Oh, Ji," Felix sighed and wrapped his arms around the other, engulfing him in his embrace. "I am not going to lie, it really is different without you two," he admitted, too."

"So, how was your day at the academy?"

"It was pretty great, I suppose. There are a lot of nice people in my class. I talked to a few. The class itself is nice too. I think I'll enjoy being there. But it feels off, you know?" Felix trailed off, eyes drifting to some place, nowhere specific as the shine he entered with faded just the slightest. "I miss our best friend squad."

Seungmin then entered the room with a sleepy, puffy face and a bedhead. "Hey, why are we hugging right now?" He rubbed his eyes and ploffed down beside them, joining the hug. "We're being sad about our separate ways," Felix informed, turning to his boyfriend, brushing away the strands of ruffled hair and pecking the top of his head. "I am still right here," Jisung interrupted with a fake-disgusted expression. Seungmin hit him against the shoulder, pushing him backwards to the couch again. "We are having a moment if you couldn't see," he retorted with no real spite in his voice. "Oh, I saw." Jisung countered and pushed himself back into a sitting position with the palm of his hands, leaning on them. "You didn't tell us yet how your day was. Met a lot of nerds?"

"Jisung, you are a nerd."

"Yeah, whatever."

"It was good. We did lots of research and got to know each other through a group activity. Typical introduction day stuff." Seungmin answered. It stayed quiet for a moment until Seungmin's eyes glanced into Jisung and Felix's.

"Let's never part, okay? I can't survive without you idiots. That is mostly aimed at you, Ji."

Felix cracked a smile at Seungmin's comment while Jisung's mouth stood agape, bearing an insulted expression as he huffed. "Wow, did and didn't expect anything else from you," he affirmed and turned away from them. However, two pairs of arms tugged at him. "We love you," Felix beamed. "I love you guys, too," Jisung answered with a fond smile. This is their dynamic. It's comfortable. It would be weird for them to act differently than this.

"Thank you for coming to our office this early." The person in charge said with a half-bow. Minho nodded at them and the person went on with their speech. "I am sure you remember our last talk here." Minho's face turned grim. Of course, he remembered. Who wouldn't when suddenly your own dreams got shattered in front of you? "We asked you to focus on your recovery."

"We know this might come as sudden," the principal began, folding his hands on top of his desk like he did normally when speaking to someone. "But we would like for you to return, Lee Minho. Talent isn't sought easily and you surprised us with your presence."

"You stood out to me the most, Lee Minho. Therefore, we hope you choose to return to your career here at the academy once you feel you can take on the challenge." Upon noticing Minho wanted to say something in return, the principal stopped him. "You don't have to give your answer now. We just want you to think about it. You can contact us when you have your answer."

The words flashed through Minho's mind, leaving him in a world of his own. Return? Of course, he had waited to finally start dancing again, return back to the life he had before, but now that the offer laid on the table, Minho wasn't sure what to think of it anymore.

Minho paused, stretching his posture, taking in a deep breath, his eyes closing for a moment. He put his balance on his left foot, betting on it that he wouldn't fall. He gasped when he indeed didn't. His gaze flickered to the ground, finding that he was able to maintain his balance. Minho blinked multiple times. Is he not awake? Is this a dream? He looked to the back of the room. The rod was a good one to two meters away from him. It sparked a feeling of nervousness inside of him. He isn't holding onto anything now. If he falls it would hurt far more. Nevertheless, he turned away from that scenario and shook his head, back to reality. He set another step, trying to turn. He exhaled carefully after that worked, fearing he might lose his balance if he breathed too heavily.

His steps and movements became repeatedly, trying different moves time after time. The world whirled around him and this moment seemed like an image from his imagination. It left him breathless and wanting more. Then an excruciating twist brought him out of it as the music in the background faded and he hissed, reaching for his leg, a purple bruise on it. If he could feel everything he would feel the pulsing as well.

"What the hell are you doing?" Jisung chastised while Minho pushed himself from the ground, trusting in the power he had left. "It's nothing, Jisung." Minho dismissed, however, Jisung rushed toward him. "Sit down." Jisung said.

"But I-"

"Sit. Down." Jisung demanded and Minho complied without another word in rebuttal, sitting down on the floor again reluctantly. A silence followed as Jisung concentrated himself on Minho's injury, retrieving a medical box.

"I am returning back to dancing."

"Yeah, I can see so much. That went the way you wanted, right? This is the result of you acting so instantaneously on your own. What are you thinking, Lee Minho?"

"The therapist said it was okay!" Minho argued back. "You know this is what I waited for, Han Jisung. This is what I want. I've decided."

Jisung sighed, resisting the urge to fall out at him as he shut his eyes. "Yes. I know. You want to go back to dancing. I get it..."

"Can you just... be more careful next time?"

"I really don't want you to risk ending up like this again."

They both turned away from each other, refusing to meet each other. They knew Jisung referred to the sole reason Minho ended up being hospitalized. Reminiscing it brought back those times. Times they didn't want to bring up and rather wanted to bury all those events and emotions in a box under the ground. "That won't happen again, Jisung." Minho interlaced their fingers, resting his hand on top of Jisung's. "I'll make sure of it."

"I'm just worried, Minho.."

"What's new?" A dry smile tugged at Minho's lips, a chuckle eliciting from his mouth. "I will try to make you worry less." he assured, all the sarcastic joking aside, daring to stare firmly into Jisung's eyes again. Jisung sighed, gaze softening when he recognized that determination Minho used to hold in his eyes. He really is set on this. Jisung can't go against that. "Then, are you returning back to the academy?" he asked, averting himself from the heavy subject. Minho shrugged. "Maybe. It depends." Minho turned to drawing patterns over Jisung's hand with the pad of his thumb, drifting off in thoughts. "I actually talked to the principal this morning. They want to take me back after my recovery and train with them again. "Guess you'll be practicing before that, huh?" Jisung responded to which the older displayed a guilty smile as he reached one hand up to his neck. "You know me that well."

"Then there's no stopping you." Jisung concluded, moving away to change his sitting position. "I'll respect your decision and support you." Minho's eyes widened, blinking continuously in utter confusion at how easily Jisung wanted to stand behind his decision. He figured it would have taken far more effort to convince him. "Are you for real right now?"

"Wow, are you really that surprised I'm taking your side? You make me feel bad, Minho." Jisung joked with mock-offense.

"Should I make you feel good then?" Minho played, a sly smirk at the corner of his mouth. "Now you're going too far," Jisung halted him with a hand towards his chest as the two of them broke out into laughter, filling the room with the sound of their giggles, teasing, and bickering.
