Chapter 34: Slytherin Princess

I woke up and he was facing the other way. I still couldn't feel my legs so I held out my hand and summoned my wand. I muttered the healing spells in my head and felt the blood rush through my extremities.

I looked over and Theo was still sound asleep. I didn't want to wake him, so I crawled out of bed and decided to go look around the place.

MATTHEO RIDDLE-

I rolled over and she was gone again. I swear I'm going to have to tie her to the bed if I want to see her in the morning. I got up and went to look for her.

I walked into the living room and she was snuggled up on the couch. "Why are you watching the muggle box?"

"The TV?" She asked laughing at me.

I don't know why I found it as funny as I did, but I couldn't stop laughing. "Did you forget I didn't know about the wizard world until I got my letter?"

"Oh yeah" he responded thinking.

"Have you really never watched TV?"

"No."

I was watching vampire diaries, one of my favorites that I used to watch on the TV's in the group homes. I patted the couch next to me. He came and sat down. I snuggled up against him and he pulled me closer, wrapping his arm around me.

I started the show from the beginning.

"What is this?"

"Just watch. You'll like it."

We stayed there cuddling and watching the show for a couple hours until the alarm went off on my watch signaling it was time to meet up in the common room. I went to get up but he pulled me back down by my waist. "We promised to play" I said giggling.

"No but why does the skinny chick look like the lady from the old times?"

"You want me to spoil it for you?"

He glared at me.

"I'm glad you like it tho" I said laughing.

"I don't like it! It's a stupid muggle th-"

"There's nothing wrong with liking muggle-"

"Yes there is"

"Oh come on. You smiled every time Damon entered the scene."

"That's cause he was the best character."

"You only think that cause you act just like him."

"I take that as a compliment, so thank you!" He said smiling at me.

We got up and apparated to our dorms. I got dressed and walked out into the common room fifteen minutes later and they were all waiting for me.

Blaise, Draco, Theo, Tom, Blake, Crabbe and Goyle all sat in the couches by the fire. Blaise had summoned a part of the feast and it was all placed out on the table.

There was a seat open between the Riddles or in between Draco and Blaise. I locked eyes with Theo so he would know it was to keep our secret, then sat by Blaise.

"Ooh trouble in paradise?" Blake remarked.

"Shove off Fairwood" Tom spat back.

"Let's just play," I said trying to ease the tension.
