Y/N BLACK -

I readied my wand for a fight and pulled the hood over my head. Then with one final glance at the cabin in the woods, I apparated.

I focused and landed in the alleyway down the street from leaky cauldron.

And there he was.

His sharp jawline shadowed in the moonlight, wand at the ready.

I'm sorry Tom.

But I can't hold back anymore.

I waited.

And then they moved.

Around twenty death eaters stormed the small shelter at the end of Diagon Alley.

What were they looking for? Or should I say who?

I apparated into the center of the building. Staring the death eaters in the face.

I didn't recognize any of them but that didn't matter.

"Get her!!!" A small one in the back yelled.

I felt my force extend from my arms like a forcefield made up of tentacles. I felt it wrap around each one of their throats, lifting them up from the ground.

Tom came running in from the street at the sound of the commotion.

I don't know how to explain it but I could feel the air leaving out of each of their lungs.

He froze as his eyes locked with mine.

I felt the death eaters drift unconscious in my grips. And their lifeless bodies dangled in the air, but I didn't let go.

Don't hold back.

He shifted in shock and aimed his wand at me.

"Don't make me add you to their fate." I said sternly, "run. Tell your father that you couldn't beat me. You and I both know that's not a lie."

"You want me to run. Why?" He said coldly stepping closer.

I shifted my field over and pressed him against the wall.

"Run so I won't witness you killing twenty people."

"Yes."

I dropped the field on him so he could run.

But he didn't. He stepped closer with his wand at my head. "No. I won't let you become this."

"I already have."

"They have families!" He yelled as I tightened the force.

"Well so do I!! And if I let them live then they will go after mine. And I won't let that happen."

And I exploded the force, snapping all of their necks as they fell to the floor.

The power surge caused me to fall to a knee.

My hand landing on the body of a dead death eater probably in his thirties, small stature and a look of fear in his eyes. As my skin made contact I could feel the power inside of it.

I shifted to the ground with my fingers on the cement floor.

It was as if the earth itself was my generator.

I stood up gracefully floating till I was about a foot above the ground. Absorbing all the energy I could.

Slowly lowering till my feet contacted the ground, I could feel my magic like a cloak, in the air between each strand of my hair, every nerve in my body, in my breath entering and exiting my lungs, everywhere.
