Chapter Thirty-Eight

Harrys POV

I don't see her anywhere. I keep looking at the entrance waiting for her small figure to show up but it doesn't. I look around the hall and still no sign of her. I call her again but it goes to voice mail after a couple of rings. Her cute voice rings through my ears.

TO: Princess

Hey are you okay? Call me back I'm worried X

The bell is about to ring soon and I want to be far away from here. The door opens and I spin around quickly but only see Karla walking through the door. She winks at me and I roll my eyes before looking away.

"My main man Harry" Louis voice booms from behind me. I turn around and nod my head to him. "What's wrong with you grumpy?" He says chuckling at the end.

"Jess isn't here and I don't know I just have this bad feeling" I tell him. Soon Niall comes up and Liam.

"Maybe she's sick the bugs going around" Niall says.

"She would of told me if she was sick. I just I know somethings wrong." My face feels numb and my hands feel heavy. No something doesn't feel right.

"Mate are you alright you don't look so good" Liam puts his hand behind my back to keep me steady.

"If you want we can go check up on her before school starts but we have to leave now the bell is about to ring." I don't say anything just walk towards the exit. We walk towards Louis's car.

Suddenly my phone starts to vibrate loudly and I pick up the phone not looking who it is. "Baby" my voice is louder than I expected it to come out.

"Harry you forgot your lunch" my mom's voice comes through the other side and I slap a hand on my face. "Baby huh?" I hear her giggle in the background and my face grows hot.

"Mumm bye" I'm about to hang up the phone.

"I love you be careful today okay" she said in a gentle voice.

"Love you too mom bye" all the boys are looking at me and making "aww" sounds.

"Bye baby" she laughs and that's when I hang up.

"Shut up and drive" I tell Louis and they laugh too.

I try calling Jesse again but it goes to voice mail again. I send her another text that goes un answered. We pull up to her house and the lights are one. I'm the first to get out of the car. I knock on the door and call her name but I get nothing in reply. I keep knocking. I reach for the door nod and it's not locked. I walk into the house and see glass smashed on the floor. I see drops of blood smeared on the counter.

Liam pulls me behind him. I don't know if he did it so I won't see anything horrific or if something jumps out he'll beat them. Whatever the reason is I'm grateful I wouldn't be able to contain myself if I see her.. d.. I can't even say the word.

"What happend here?" Niall says. The glass cracks underneath our shoes. But still no sign of Jess. We walk up stairs where the blood is dragged up the rail.

We enter her room but everything looks the same. Her draw is open but that's about it. Nothing else is moved. But then I see her bed and thats when I noticed the blood on her bed to, not a lot just a couple of drops but its still there. We check all the room every single one of them and still we didn't find her. She's missing. My heart starts to beat faster with every passing second. It doesn't make sense.

My phone goes off and I don't check the screen again. "Baby is that you?" He words come out as a hurry and my eyes can't concentrate on anything. I feel them brimming with tears. The boys look at me with a worried expression.
