Steve Rogers- Steve actually really likes storms. He finds the sound of the thunder and the rain against the house calming. He loves laying on the ground and just listening to the storm.
James"Bucky" Barnes- Bucky doesn't like storms. You're not really sure why but you think it has something to do with his past and HYDRA.
