Steve Rogers- Steve likes building snowmen. Back before he got the serum him and Bucky would build snowmen all the time but they'd usually end up taller then he was and it was mostly Bucky doing the work. Now he can build snowmen as tall as he wants and he can do it with his best girl by his side.
James "Bucky" Barnes- Bucky likes going sledding. When he was captured by hydra he lost a lot of his memories of doing winter activities with Steve in the 40's so you took it upon yourself to reintroduce them to him. Sledding was his favorite because he can do it with his doll and he feel likes he's flying.
