Chapter 15 

Missing 

Goodbye is not new to me and I know it's one of the hardest thing to do saying good bye dahil naranasan ko na yun when I decided to come to my mom instead of staying with my dad. I already experience saying a good bye to a person who is so important to me. 

But it's not a permanent good bye dahil alam ko naman na kahit na umalis ako sa kung nasaan si dad I know he is still there for me. He is still my dad who is visiting me and didn't lose contact to me. 

Sa sitwasyon namin ni Michael ngayon sobrang iba dahil parehas naming alam na once this day ended we are not sure if we can still meet each other or our worlds can collide again. Now, it's hard to say good bye to him and I don't know why. 

Mas mahirap pa when I say good bye to my dad before and what is funny is hindi pa naman ganun katagal since Michael and I met hindi pa nga ata umaabot ng buwan pero ganito na agad ang nararamdaman ko ngayon. 

Why is it hard to say good bye to a person you just met for a short period of time? 

"What do you want to eat?" I ask at nilagpasan na siya at ako na ang pumutol sa tinginan naming dalawa at naglakad na papasok ng villa. 

Hindi ko alam kung tama ba na ganito ang maramdaman ko ngayon but one thing I know is this is wrong and I should stop at ipasok sa isip ko na everything that is gonna happen now is just temporary. A temporary happening that I should treasure. 

"You know how to cook?" he ask and that make me look at him and I saw him stop walking and flinch because of how I look at him. 

"What do you think of me? Of course I know." I said to him. Of course I know how to cook because I am alone and I cook my own food before kahit noong kasama ko pa si Mommy noong bata pa ako I start to learn how to cook dahil ang nasa isip ko I need to do that dahil laging yun ang magiging routine ko. 

"I just ask, Chandria. You need to chill." he said and laugh bago maglakad palapit sa'kin and mess my hair at nauna ng maglakad sa'kin kaya umirap na lang ako at sumunod sa kanya but  when I saw my reflection on the glass window I saw a smile on my lips na mabilis kong inalis. 

This is not good! 

When we enter the house pinaghalong white and beige ang loob ng bahay because that is what I said before when this place is getting renovated and redecorated when this is given to me. And I also want this place to be so relaxing for me and color beige and white is relaxing for me. 

There is a white couch and a white center table with a dried flower that is on the base on the top and the pillows are beige at nakita kong nandoon na din yung mga box ng mga pinabili ko na mabilis na nilapitan ni Michael ng makita niya. 

"Do you like playing board games? This is a lot!" he said happily that is why I laugh to his reaction. Sa nakita kong ugali ni Michael I already know that he will like this kind of stuff and I think I am right. 

"No, I am planning to learn how." I said because it's creepy to say that because I think of him kaya ko naisipan na ipabili yan. 

I just go to the kitchen na nakahiwalay mula sa living room and it's all white. Pinagawa ko kasi talagang minimalist ang villa. The interior designer just ask me what I want dahil busy din naman ako ng mga panahon na yun kaya hinahayaan ko na ang interior designer and I let my manager agreed to it dahil kilala naman ako ng babaeng yun. 

When I open the ref kompleto ang laman nun kaya nag-isip na lang ako ng pwede kong maluto pero wala naman akong maisip hanggang sa nagulat na lang ako ng may sumulpot sa tabi ko.
