The next day at school, Barbara, Aether and Y/n met with Albedo. Telling him to keep it secret that Barbara had found clues.
Mysterious... paper and indescribable objects.
They assumed that Albedo might know how to decipher what the messages were implying, as he had wisdom beyond his years.
He was curious too, yet worried.

Y/n's hand shook as she reached for the slip that Barbara said had been found near where Fischl's body had been.

"Fly away little bird,
Spread your tragic wings of blood,
In your heart, love and pain tear you wide."

Albedo sucked in a breath, "what..."

Barbara sighed, "it's horrible really. A mess, and someone- the murderer probably- had to antagonise everyone."

Aether gulped, "what does the other one say? The one from Bennett's death?"

Barbara read it out...

"The sun shines brightly- it blinds you,
The air is fresh- it chokes you,
The water is glistening- it hides you,
The earth is your life-
It swells up to meet you,
Awaiting your demise"

"W-what... was that?" Aether's voice began to shake as he read both of the slips over again.

Albedo frowned, "maybe... it was a warning?..."

(Clue!)

(So the reveal of the murder is going to be a fair bit away, I'll give a clue. Was Fischl supposed to die? Why were the words so poetic? Were they meant to be? What was written on Bennett's card, why did it matter? Fischl's note... was it meant for her... or someone else? [Who else is familiarised with birds?] Or not?)
(Simply... who killed them?/ Who was the murderer this time?)

((And I still need to edit the quotes because I am bad at suspense and mystery and... simply interesting quotes. So yeah, go easy on me okay?))

(((And haha... in the comments I just realised that I forgot to introduce certain characters. My writing style drags stuff out so I was rushing and not appreciating and adding every character.)))
