I know I said I was on hiatus... But I would like to add more hints as to who the first 'murderer' was. Some characters have it all figured out already...
But have the readers?

Y/n -on a whim- decided to pop into the tea shop Ayaka worked at.
She failed to comprehend a rich heiress working for minimum wage in a shop and dealing with the general public, which -from her own experiences- knew to be very difficult.

When Y/n stepped inside, Ayaka's back was to her. Voices floated from behind the wall to the machines, Ayaka scratched her head and scribbled on a bit of paper.

Y/n'e eye caught on a familiar salmon-haired girl. "Ah, it's you!"

The girl looked up from her laptop, shutting it and making confident eye contact. Her teal eyes glittered as she smiled in greeting. "Hello... You're Hu Tao's friend, right? It's very nice to see you again."

Y/n nodded and the girl gestured for her to sit down across from her. The girl leant her elbows on the table, "I see you're a connoisseur of beverages too?"

Y/n laughed and shook her head, "my friend works here, so I came to visit."

The girl smiled wider, "it seems you have friends everywhere, even in unlikely places."
Her phone pinged and she brushed a lock of salmon-coloured hair back from her face. "Sorry, I have to get this. It's my agency."

She stepped outside and Y/n could see her mouth moving quickly as she spoke to the person on the other end of the line.

"So that's her, my lady?" Thoma's eyes were comically large as he stared from around the separating wall.

Ayaka flushed crimson and yanked him back, only to peek around herself. Y/n had been sitting with Yanfei, a regular.
She pouted, "If only I wasn't working."

Her brother laughed from where he was leaning, "don't get all huffy- you chose to earn a living for yourself." He waved his hand dismissively, "just go meet her, it has been a slow day so you're unneeded."

Ayaka puffed her cheeks out, "Ayato~ you know I can't just desert my job, even for a few minutes... And speaking of jobs, shouldn't you be doing yours?"
"Why are you even here?" She tilted her head.

He chuckled, "is it such a crime to spend time with my sister and friend?"

Thoma jokingly wiped a non-existent tear from his eye, "my lord, you really think of me as your friend?"

Ayato shot him a quick glare that sent a shiver down his spine.

"Uhm..."

The older boy cleared his throat, "Back to topic- Ayaka, you should just go see your friend."

Thoma nodded swiftly, "you wouldn't want this opportunity to pass by. I heard when somebody is in uniform, they're extra attracti- mmph?"

Ayaka slammed her hand over his mouth, frantically glancing around. Her face was red as a tomato. "Fine. I'll go talk..." She looked between Ayato and Thoma and at the forgotten disposable cup on the counter. "Prepare Yanfei's tea- it's the usual."

Thoma sighed, "and it's really complicated too."

But, Ayato's attention had already strayed to his younger sister.

Thoma walked up to stand behind him. "Waka, what do you think this is?"

"Hmm? Oh... Ayaka seems to harbour romantic feelings for that girl." He said it nonchalantly, but deep down, he actually cared.
