Y/n wanders the street, gazing at unfamiliar buildings, trying to find the address Hu Tao gave her.
She reached the address and licked her lips before staring up at the towering building.
Stone steps led up to a mahogany door. The windows of the building were fashioned like how they were in the 1950s with wooden frames and patterned panes. Out the front along side of the steps were flowering white rosebushes. A billboard was tacked to the dark brick with the funeral parlour notices and various discounts and the latest news in the thanatology industry.
It was simple to say, the building was gloomy- if not downright creepy.Y/n stood on the doorstep and raised her fist to the mahogany door, then jumped back in surprise when it was yanked open.
Hu Tao lunged at her through the space, "I could see you through the doorway camera. I'm so glad that you actually decided to show up!"
Y/n stepped into the embrace from her scarlet-eyed friend, "so... am I going to meet your family, or something?"
Hu Tao chuckled then sighed, "they're all busy, I guess that will have to be for another day. I can show you around the town?"
Clapping her hands together with excitement, Y/n giggled, "we're going to have so~ much fun today!"

Hu Tao hummed in deep concentration as Y/n was led around the city, "why don't I take you to Central Park? It's really beautiful there. It has a duck pond with a bridge leading over it, Crisp green lawns, Well-maintained benches, enough shade-"
Y/n smiled, "I've already been convinced. Let's go!"
The pair wandered down to the park and Y/n gazed around happily, "oh! It's just how you told me it was! I didn't think a city park could look so green!"
Hu Tao grinned, "I also wanted you to meet another friend of mine. Is that alright?"
"Oh, sure."
Y/n's s/c hand was grabbed by Hu Tao's pale one as she was led to a shady area under a group of trees. A sky-blue haired girl was lying in the soft green grass, snoring softly.
Hu Tao tapped her shoulder before gently shaking her awake.
"Huh? Ah... Hu Tao? And... stranger?" The girl sat up abruptly looking around, frantic.
Y/n smiled awkwardly, "um... hi. My name is Y/n," she extends her hand for a shake.
The girl takes it, "nice to meet you... Y/n... I am Ganyu," she yawned, "sleepy..." She started to drift off.
"Nooo! Ganyu don't go to sleep, you have a shift at the cafe!" Hu Tao shook her friend again.
Y/n gasped, "they have a cafe here?"
Hu Tao rolled her eyes, "every city has a cafe. Some people need coffee and biscuits to function properly."
The brunette lifted Ganyu from one side and motioned for Y/n to do the same, "she'll wake up on the way there."
"Can I buy some coffee?"
"Sure, Y/n. It's a coffee shop, they get paid to make you coffee."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ganyu had woken-up properly on the way to the cafe. She wandered along behind Y/n and Hu Tao, yawning.
