Dainsleif opened the tracking app on his phone and watched the small red dot flicker and move down the street. Still in a public space, the red dot paused and walked down the 53rd alleyway.
He did not know why he agreed to watch this tiny red dot all morning, waiting for some action.
The blond sipped his mocha and flipped his novel open, hoping to get some leisurely reading done in the meantime.

"No matter what you see- do NOT come looking for me until I've left the 54th alleyway- and I will press a distress button if I am in danger. You wanted some action- to save somebody? We're in this together, man, someone's life is on the line!"

"I understand... And IF you are in danger, I will come looking for you, though." He shook his head.

"No,no,no... You call one of these two numbers- these two are very responsible and great decision makers and will back you up if you get into danger too. And I will text you when to retrieve that new boy detective Bantan has hired." The girl patted his shoulder.

Dainsleif sighed and closed his eyes briefly, worrying about Y/n.
But... She was going to be fine, right? She was a beloved peer, after all.

Zhongli rested his chin on his palm as he waited for his opponent to make her move.
... A blunder- as expected of Ningguang.

He shifted his Queen to take the white Castle, but froze when he realised his tragic, tragic mistake. It was a tactical sacrifice all along...

The girl cackled. "You fool! I now have your Queen!"

As Zhongli groaned in despair, Ningguang laughed once more and began preparing her next attack while he made his move.

Venti crunched loudly on potato chips, before offering some to Xiao and Ganyu.
The boy turned his nose up in distaste.
The girl politely declined... As expected of her.

Ganyu yawned, "why do these two act up around one another so much?"

Venti cooed, "Ningguang could be hot for him."

Ganyu gasped at that and Xiao interrupted, "we all know she only likes women... Just shut your trap, Venti. I'm pretty sure this is what close friends do."

The trio turned their heads to observe the dramatic chess match between geniuses.

Venti pouted, "this is getting boring..." He checked his watch, "oh! Well, look at the time- I'll be off now, buh-bye!"

"Miss? Was that all?"

The purple-haired woman glanced up from her case file, "yes, thank you." She offered a tip and drank some camomile tea.

The murder in the school had occurred during a cloudy day... A day that many would grave to remember, a day that scarred the students of this prestigious academy.
The death of fellow peers left them all wondering, "who is next?"

It was up to Detective Yu Heng to solve this case alongside her fellow companions Tian Qian and Qi Lin, they were to crack this deadly case... Once and for all!

"-Yo, Keqing? Whatcha doing?" A rough hand slammed down onto her shoulder.

Keqing growled at being interrupted and glanced up from her old-fashioned typewriter... And camomile tea. "What, you ginger idiot?"

He placed his hands innocently behind his back, "have you seen Zhongli recently?"

Keqing rolled her eyes, "no. Why?... Are you after more homework answers again- I tell you, nobody will give you answers ever again, you ungrateful-"
