Gay Harry Potter One shots

Teddy's POV:
I have a huge secret that I've never told anyone not even my best friend and that secret is that I'm in love with one of my best and closest friends James Sirius Potter. He is the love of my life and I don't know how to approach the situation about telling him. My godfather is his father and I feel like he sees me as a cousin which makes my situation even worse. I have come up with a solution for my crush I will bury my feelings in the depths of my soul for eternity.
Currently, I am patrolling the corridors for my prefect duties. I heard someone talking in the next corridor so I went to see who was out of bed. As I rounded the corridor I saw some girl kissing Jamie but as I walked closer I noticed that Jamie was looking uncomfortable and then he pushed her off with a look of rage on his face.
"What The Hell do you think you're doing?" He questioned loudly. Gaining the attention of a few other prefects.
"I thought you came here because I sent you the note so you wanted to be my boyfriend." She said smugly and Jamie shook his head.
"No, I wasn't I was looking for Teddy to talk to him so next time don't assume, and don't come within my personal space unless I give you permission," James explained angrily. As she looked sheepishly and turned to find prefects waiting to give her detention and none of them would ask about James because he wanted to talk to me. As she was led back to her common room so Jamie could talk to me. As they disappeared around the corner I turned to Jamie who was looking at me and asked him why he was looking for me.
"Oh um I wanted to talk to you about um..." he stuttered and stammered as he tried to explain.
"Jamie you okay? I asked concerned but all he did was nod his head.
"So I um wanna talk to you about a person that I like and I um need advice." He stuttered out and it broke my heart that he was in love with someone else but I put on a fake smile and made my voice sound intrigued.
"Really who?" I questioned while holding a smile.
"um you won't know them but what should I do I've had a crush on them for ages and I don't know how to tell them because it'll ruin my current relationship with them." He explained and I felt bad.
"Well, I would suggest telling them and not to do what I did and wait too long because it'll end up being too late," I told him regretting not telling him about my feelings now as he has moved on.
"Who do you like? Why didn't you tell me?" He questioned me curiously.
"I thought it was obvious I blush all the time around them," I told him and he nodded.
"Is it Victoire?" He questioned thinking he'd get a better answer that way.
"No, and I won't tell you who it is because it doesn't matter now who do you like?" I questioned trying to change the subject.
"Well he is super strong, he always tries to make others laugh, he has the most beautiful eyes they are ocean blue eyes and his brown hair just makes his eyes shine more." He exclaimed happy to tell me. But I still couldn't figure it out. "Oh they are also really smart but oblivious like I've dropped thousands of hints and he never suspects a thing." He continues and I'm now really curious.
"We'll just tell him straight and I didn't know you were gay," I told him and he looked amused.
"I'm not I'm Bi and I can never say the words." He told me and I nodded.
"What about trying to write him a letter that explains it or write a poem to him something nice and sweet but that he can't miss," I told him and he nodded and ran off to get to bed. Once my shift was done I headed to bed and went straight to sleep thinking of Jamie's beautiful brown eyes and jet-black hair.
The next morning I was sitting at the Hufflepuff eating breakfast like usual when the owls came flying in and a letter was dropped in front of me but I didn't wanna open it because there were too many eyes staring at me so I waited until after classes that way I could read it without being in a rush as well as we leave in two days to go home for Summer so that was our last classes. Exams finished days ago and results come in the mail so there wasn't any stressing or anything. As I reached my dorm room I sat at my desk and opened the letter it read:

My dearest Teddy,
I have never had the guts to tell you what I'm about to say even with my Gryffindor courage as you call it I know it's pretty shitty telling you through letter but at least this way I can't back out. Well, I can but it's harder to get the letter before I so hopefully I won't stop myself from sending this. So here goes I have been in love with you since I was 12 I know you probably just see me as a friend or even someone who is part of your family and I don't want to make things weird between us but I've been dropping hints for months and you haven't noticed. But I do love you Edward Remus Lupin.

I read it multiple times before I decided to write a reply to his letter just to make sure I didn't misread it or anything as my crush just told me he likes me so I'm pretty much jumping with joy at this point and I would tell him in person but I got no Gryffindor in me.

My dearest Jamie,
I know you are probably already freaking out just seeing a reply to your letter I know you probably think you have ruined our friendship but you haven't and this reply isn't just to tell you that you haven't. It is to answer what you told me I know now you are probably thinking that I've taken it the wrong way and I think you mean it as friends but that can't be further from the truth. So if what you said is true then I love you too James Sirius Potter more than life itself and I have done for years I was just too stubborn to tell you and then I thought I had lost my chance when you said you liked someone and I thought I waited too long and Oh My God Jamie I love you so much.

I wanted to see Jamie's reaction so I got Freddie to steal the marauder's map to find James which I did he was in the Astronomy tower so I crept up behind him as my owl landed and I saw the panic wash over him then after he read the first few lines he chuckled and let out a breath. Then I saw a smile break over his face. He turned round as I was still standing behind him and he jumped as he saw me before laughing. Then he wrapped his arms around me and squeezed me tight.
"Love you, Teddy." He whispered into my neck.
"Love you too my Jamie." I chuckled into his ear.
