James x remus pt2

James pov:
It's been three months from remus and I started talking. I have sent him money so he can take care of himself and Teddy his little Angel. We video call a lot and Teddy sometimes joins to tell me about his day which is so cute I wanna hug him sometimes. Remus and I agreed that we would meet up in person today so we could talk about how we wish to proceed in the future incase we both have different expectations.
We agreed to meet at the cafe that he works at which I found quite cute that he's alright with his co workers seeing us out in the open. When I went in I decided to order us food and a drink before he arrived. Once he came in I seen the bags under his eyes then seen Teddy crying in his arms which I felt so bad that he was crying.
"Little teddy bear who's gonna eat all this food if you're crying?" I asked calmly and low as remus got closer to the table. I seen the little man perk up and wipe his eyes as remus placed him on the seat and he instantly started eating the food that had arrived as they walked in the door. "I didn't want there to be a long wait for food so I ordered and it arrived as you did." I explained as remus had gave me a look that asked how I got food and how it was still warm.
"Oh thanks sorry I had to bring Teddy my friends are all busy with work today and couldn't babysit and it's a weekend so no day care available." Remus explained and I shook my head with a smile.
"I don't mind I love kids but my family don't have any around as I'm the youngest member and an only child so I don't have any kids around." I explained which he nodded.
"James I have to tell you something and I know it's gonna be a dealbreaker for us being together but I don't want you to find out further along. My first question before I tell is do you know about Hogwarts?" He questioned which I smirked at him because I knew he was a wizards.
"Yes I went to Hogwarts it's an amazing school but I would remember meeting you there if you went." I told him confused as if he is a wizard in England he would go to Hogwarts so I'm more confused now than ever before.
"James I'm a werewolf which is why I didn't go we aren't allow to attend school or work or do anything in the wizarding world. I know you want nothing to do with me now and I understand." He said looking down like he was going to cry. I'm probably just as upset but not because he's a werewolf I love werewolves but because he thought I would just leave.
"Remus, you remember what I said about your name?" I asked which he nodded giving me such a confused and broken look that it was hard not to rush round the table and hug him. "Remus I'm not into history I adore werewolves hell Sirius is dating one for Merlin sake. Why would I leave?" I told him with pure adoration in my eyes that he looked at me with so much happiness it broke my heart.
"You are willing to stay? You mean you don't mind?" He asked with desperation in his voice like he was begging me to just say I would stay with him.
"Jay stay with us really!" Teddy cheered and i melted for those two boys I'll give my life and soul for them.
"Of course also I think it's time I tell you who I am. My name is James potter. I'm one of the richest people in the wizarding world. I don't like telling people as they usually only want me for money and I know this is the reason we started but I wanted to know you had feelings as well. That's why you recognise me as I'm on a lot of magazines all across the wizarding world." I told him and his eyes didn't change about anything.
"Well that's cool although I'm not treating you differently you're still our James. The man that Teddy refused to go to sleep without either a goodnight call or text. The man who won his heart after only 3 months while it took two years for him to warm up to my friends. The man who I'm slowly falling head over heels in love with." Remus told me which caused me to melt at what he told me and I walked round the table and hugged him tightly.
"I'm falling in love with you too Remus!" I whispered in his ear before walking back to my seat to finish lunch. Altogether today was a success we did figure out where we stood in this relationship.
