James' pov:
It's been about 3 months from we mated with Severus which is amazing as he usually stays in our dorm unless he's upset or is super busy which isn't often. Though the past few days he has been avoiding Remus and I and Sirius is doing the same thing which is worrying me as he's never done this before and all I wanna do is know what's wrong so I can help. Remus is getting frustrated with them which is worrying me as if he gets pissed and snaps at them i dont know what results that could have. I just wish they could communicate with us instead of avoiding us. I am sitting in our dorm curled into remys side as he's the only one willing to even be around me anymore which is hurtful. The door opened which I jumped up when seeing sev and siri standing with tear stains on their cheeks. "What happened? What's wrong?" I shouted rushing towards them but sev looked guilty. "Siri could die!" Sev cried as he hugged me making Sirius shake his head walking over to sit on the edge of the bed. "Someone wanna give context to that statement?" Remus asked which Sirius just gave a small smile. "Severus and I found out on Monday we are three months pregnant so we have finally come to terms with it and went to get ultra sound to tell you or show you both but the nurse said there's only a 10% chance I'll make it to full term and if I do it's less than 5% that I'll make it out alive." Sirius explained looking down but I could tell he was terrified. "But the baby can still live even if you don't make it to full term creature pregnancy only lasts 6 months which isn't human full term which could work in our favour." I told him but he shook his head. "Jamie it means if I make it to full term my body can't support the child like a full submissive and I can't give birth without it killing me." Sirius explained which I shook my head I can't lose Sirius. "You could terminate the pregnancy." Remus suggested and the look on Sirius' face said try it and I'll cut your dick off. "Just suggesting!" Remus called knowing he might've fucked up. "I wanna carry as long as possible even if I die and if given the option save my child before me!" Sirius growled out which gave me a hint of fear and concern he's willing to die to ensure they live like a true parent but i dont know how I could live on without him. "Can I suggest something without getting my dick chopped off?" Remus asked which we all looked at him. "What about carry till 5 month mark the child can still live as the baby is almost fully developed that's at the point in a normal pregnancy that emergency C-sections are preformed to save the child so they will survive and so will Sirius." Remus explained which I nodded which Sirius smiled and nodded to. We all decided to cuddle after the day of panic.
* 2 months later *
It became more unexpected today was Sirius day to get a C-section and sev was to get a check up but they found that the cord is around the babys throat so they have to deliver both babies today so after hours of waiting for them to come out of surgery. Remus and I were handed a baby which was adorable I could tell he was sevs by the onyx eyes which were amazing. We heard a scream of terror from sev which we ran into the room to find the heart monitor for Sirius had a flatline on it. Nurses and doctors were doing cpr trying to restart his heart. We stared in horror as they pushed us out of the room while Sirius was dead. After hours of waiting and pacing around they told us we could see him but I didn't know if that meant dead or alive. As we entered the room we seen Sirius sitting awake and alert on the bed with a small smile. "They said I died for a bit guess that was inevitable." He smiled at us which we shook our head and remy handed Sirius his son. "Hey Rigel." He whispered with a smile. "Rigel Remus Potter-Lupin." He said with a smile which my eyes widened. Sirius looked at the three of us with a smile. "Rosetta Jamie Potter-Lupin." Severus stated with a smirk looking at Sirius. "We have to keep tradition alive your family tradition is girls are flowers and boys are stars." Sev told Sirius who nodded with a smile while we all climbed into the bed to sleep after almost losing Sirius we weren't willing to leave again.
