James' pov:
We were all playing in the forest with Harry as he just turned 2. Me and lily broke up a few months ago and it's a hard adjustment for Harry as he wants his mama but his mama doesn't want any contact with him or me. So Sirius, Harry and I decided to play in the forest by my manor to take his mind off of it as he loves animals for some reason. We were all laughing and joking until I heard a twig snap close by. "Sirius take Harry and run!" I called and he looked concerned at me. "Jamie I won't leave you!" He shouted and I gave him a deadly look which he knew I wouldn't let him stay and risk my sons life so hr grabbed him and ran. I seen the creature which was a wolf creep closer to me and I glared. "Try go after them and you will die first!" I growled and he looked at me confused before laying down with his head bowed to me in submission. "That is my pup so no one will touch him understand wolf!" I commanded and he nodded his head. "Now are you a werewolf or a full wolf? If a werewolf shift back this minute!" I asked then commanded fed up speaking and not being answered. This time I was answered as I seen him start to shift back but quickly realised he was in his birthday suit. I grabbed a pair of spare clothes that I had packed myself incase Harry threw water or something at me. He quickly pulled the shorts on but he didn't take the shirt. "Okay that answers that. What's your name? Why are you here? Why were you watching us? Is that enough questions for you?" I asked as I wanted to know what was going on. "Um my name is Remus John Lupin um I'm second in command of Fenrir Greybacks pack and I'm his pup. I'm here because pack territory is only a few miles from here and I was out for a run when I spelt you all. I was watching because it looked fun running around carefree as I haven't had the chance to have that much fun in years as well as I think you might be my mate." He finished and I smiled at him with a chuckle. "You couldn't have just approached I probably would've thought you were less harmful rather than you lurking." I told him and he looked down with a guilty smile. "Who was the baby I get he's yours but what's his name and is that his mother figure?" He questioned and I quickly figured out from the look on his face that he confirmed I was his mate but I could also tell he was scared because I hadn't addressed that answer yet. "Well that's my Harrison and Harry for short and no that wasn't his mother that was his godfather i dont know if wolves have those but it's similar to someone who steps in if the parents are unable. No his mother isn't on the picture little wolf." I told him with a smile and he looked a little relieved as I took his hand in mine. "I'd love to be your mate little wolf but just know you can't lurk around you have to come and join in on the fun sweet Angel." I told him and he nodded fast then threw his arms around me while kissing my cheeks and head but he didn't kiss my lips so I quickly grabbed his chin and held him still and kissed him. He moaned into the kiss and I used that to slip my tongue into his mouth and explore. As we broke apart I seen his eyes were different colours meaning both him and his wolf were in control to enjoy my presence.
