At home the next day
Andy's POV
"Come on J, let's surprise daddy." I said getting his attention before starting to walk to the stairs
"Daddy moothie." He replied running up to me
"Be careful" I said as he continued to run to the stairs
"You are one crazy boy, you know that right?" I chuckled as he stood at the top of the stairs waiting for me
"No." He laughed
"You think daddy's gonna like his breakfast?" I whispered
"Yeah yummy." He replied rubbing his belly
"When we get inside, you have to say Happy Father's Day Dada!" I said stopping at the door
"Ok." He nodded
"Good morning dada..." I said walking into the room
"Good morning dada!" James said
"Appy Athers Day dada!" James said jumping on the bed
"Good morning... thank you buddy." Robert chuckled while bring James down to sit with him
I placed the food and gifts on the table and made my way to his side
"Happy Father's Day my love."
"Thank you baby..." he smiled before giving me a quick kiss
"Good morning my other bundle of joy..." He smiled into my slightly visible belly. I smiled while caressing his head
"What do you want to do today?" I asked while getting up to get the tray
"Don't we have an appointment with Carina today?" He asked while giving eggs to James
"Oh my- I completely forgot that... we can reschedule... I'll call her-" I started
"Babe no let's go, there's no other way I would rather spend my day than with my kids and my wifey..." he smiled reassuringly
"Okay." I grinned while settling next thing him in bed
"Once you're finished eating we'll give you your presents..."
On the way to the hospital
Robert's POV
"Andy we need to discuss your position with work..." I said softly
"I know but please not today..." she smiled faintly
"Alright..."
"How are you feeling?" I asked her noticing she's looking a little nauseous
"I'm okay..." she said while pulling her pants under her belly, raising her shirt up and putting my hand on her belly
"Are you sure?" I glanced at her
"Just drive love..." she chuckled
At the hospital
"Alright Andy how are we feeling?" Carina asked while I raised up Andy's shirt
"It's like every day, all day I'm nauseous..." she replied nervously
"Alright let's have a look..." Carina chuckled while squirting the gel of her belly
"Okay so heres the heartbeat..."
"Why is it so fast? It sounding really fast..." Andy said nervously
"Do anyone of you have a history of twins in your family?" Carina asked looking at the screen
"Twins?-" Andy started
"Yeahh my cousins are twins..." I said remembering my cousins
"Congratulations, you guys are pregnant with twins." Carina said smiling
"Twins?" I said still trying to register what she said
"Are you sure?" Andy asked
"Um yeah pretty sure, here's baby 1 and here's baby 2..." Carina said pointing at two little sacks on the screen
"Wow..." I said still shocked at what I am hearing
"Andy as you know this pregnancy is very high risk so I am putting you on bed rest until they arrive..."
"Bed rest?!" Andy exclaimed a little to loudly
"I can write you a letter for work so you won't lose the position..."
"Bed test for 7 months?!" Andy said looking at me
"I'm sorry..." I said not knowing what else to say
In the car heading to the park
"Andy you haven't said anything since we left the hospital..."
"What do you want me to say Robert?" She said rudely. I just glanced at her not knowing how to respond
"J do you want McDonald's?" I asked looking into the rear view mirror
"Yes pwease..." He smiled
"Okay." I said pulling into the drive thru
"Do you want anything?" I asked coldly
"No." She replied in a softer tone
I received James and I's food and began driving. We were supposed to go to the park but I was no longer in the mood so I made the turn to go home.
"Aren't we going to the park?" She asked softly while looking at me
"No." I replied not looking at her
