Andy's POV
"Robert is everything okay?" I knocked on the door
"Yeah I'm fine..." he said in a distressed voice
"Open the door."
"No I'm fine, go to bed."
"Robert I swear to god, open the damn door."
"Andrea I said no."
"What the hell are you hiding?"
"I'm not hiding anything, I'm just looking for aspirin."
"I have aspirin in my side table, open the door and I'll give it to you."
"No I got some... Andrea go to bed, it's late."
"Don't tell me what to do!" I yelled banging against the door
"Stop it, you'll wake James up."
"Robert what the hell is going on?!"
"Nothing! Can't you understand the word NOTHING!" He yelled loudly
"What I can't understand is why my husband is hiding himself behind a locked door!"
"Can't I have some privacy?!"
"Yes but something is wrong!"
"NOTHING IS WRONG ANDREA! LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!"
"Ok whatever you say Robert." I said defeated. I made my way back to bed, tried my very best to make myself comfortable under the sheets. I turned my back to his side and closed my eyes, hoping I could fall asleep
30 mins later
I heard the door unlocked and open. I didn't even bother to move or open my eyes, I just decided to pretend I was asleep. I was expecting him to go to J's room but he immediately came to bed, kissed my forehead and ran his hair through my hair
"I'm sorry..." he whispered. I didn't know if he knew I was awake but I didn't say anything
"I just want to protect you baby. I'll do anything to make sure you're happy and healthy... I love you" he said before laying down on his side
I didn't have the energy to talk or to argue so I just laid there hoping I will fall asleep... but I couldn't... I couldn't sleep without his arms wrapped around me. I was about to speak when I felt him move in the bed... he turned his body to me, pulled me to the middle of the bed and wrapped his arm around me... nestling it on my bump under my shirt.
The next morning
I was awoken to someone shaking me and whispering something... I opened my eyes but I was blinded by the lights surrounding me so I covered them with my hands...
"Andy... I know you're upset with me right now... but I'm leaving for work and I can't leave unless I tell you I love you... So I love you honey..." he said kissing my head quickly and heading to the door
"I love you too, be safe..." I mumbled loud enough so he can hear me. He immediately stopped in his tracks, turned around and smiled slightly before walking out...
Robert's POV
I am so frustrated, so stressed and so tired of this issue. I need an immediate resolution to it.
"Dr Shepard, I need the tense device, I'll take the prescription."
"Robert-"
"I can't- I need it. Please."
"Robert no. I am not giving you the prescription." She said
"But-"
"I will give you the tense device but no prescription."
"Will it be enough?"
"Yes, just until you can do the surgery..."
"Thank you." I said standing up
"Did you tell Andy?"
"No not yet..."
"You need to tell her, as a woman, if I had a husband and he was keeping something like this from me... I wouldn't like it at all... please talk to her..."
"I will, I will, I'm just worried..."
"Let her decide how she wants to feel Robert. Stop deciding what she can and will be preview to."
"Ugh I'm so tired." I sighed
"Here's the tense device, use it..."
"I will thank you." I said existing
