Andy's POV
2 hours later
"Andy." A voice alerted me
"Dr. Shepard." I said realizing I can't stand up because James was sleeping on me
"Can I sit?" She signaled to the chair next to me
I nodded... "Is everything okay?"
"We are having difficulties applying the graft to repair the nerve... I wanted to come update you myself and tell you will be a long while again. I'm not leaving the O.R unless I fix his nerve..."
"Thank you... is he okay? I know he's asleep but is he okay?"
"The last thing he said was 'She's perfect' and then he fell asleep smiling and he is still smiling..." she comforted me
"Thank you." I sighed
"I'm going to request a bed for you." She says standing up
"Oh no you don't have to, it's okay. I'm fine." I hesitated. I couldn't imagine taking a bed and then someone who is in more need of it, can't have it
"No it's okay, my sister owns the hospital." She chuckled walking out
*buzz buzz buzz*

Um it's, it's going to take a while again... they're having trouble fixing the nerve...

He's sleeping on me... I chuckled
That kid could sleep anywhere just like Robert...
I know right, it's crazy how alike they are...
He's going to be okay Andrea, this is not the way Robert Sullivan will go out. You know that.

1 hour later
"Andy..." Vic, Luke and Lili came into the room
"Hey Ripley's." I smiled
"Aunty Andy!" Lili said in baby language
"Hi Angel. How are you?" I smiled putting out my hands to take her
"I'm good!" She giggled as I took her in my arms
"How is he?" Luke asked
"Um a while ago Dr Shepherd said she is having difficulties and it will be a while again..."
"Where is Uncle Bobby?"
"Baby right now the doctor is taking care of his leg... he will be out soon..." Vic said playing with her daughter's curls
"Why don't I go get some food for you ladies to eat?" Luke smiled "And hopefully by the time I'm back, my little man will be up..." he chuckled pointing at J sleeping on the bed
"Thanks babe." Vic kissed him on the cheek
"Thanks Luke, I appreciate it." He smiled before exiting
"Andy are you okay?" Vic asked as she settled on a chair with Lili in her arms
"Honestly physically I'm fine but I just have this gut feeling that something is going to go wrong and I really hope is not him dying. I can't do it without him..."
"I can't tell you he's going to be okay... because I myself can't say that for sure but all I know is Robert loves you and he love your kids so I won't do something unless he knows it's the best thing for all thing for all you..."
"Thank you Vic..."
3 hours later
"Dr Shepard." I said before she can say anything else
"Andy... he's okay... we repaired the nerve..."
"Oh thank god." I said relieved. I felt as though my world was taken of my shoulders
"But he coded in the O.R. twice but luckily we revived him..."
"Oh my god..."
"The amount of time he was under cause him to go into cardiac arrest but he is okay and recovering... we will bring him down soon."
"Okay thank you." I said relieved
