"I lied...okay? I just said that to get a piece of ass off of you. That's the kind of guy I am."

"No...no this is bullshit! I know you. I know you have a good heart. Why are you pushing me away?"

"You shouldn't be involved with a guy like me, Billie."

"Shouldn't I get a say in who I want to be with?"

(Shrugs)"If it makes you happy."

"I want to be with you. I want to marry you."

"And I want to bang Claudia again. We all want something that we can't have."

(Billie walks away, clearly upset. Claudia approaches me.)

"Hi."

"Hey."

(She sits beside me.)

"So... umm...there seems to be some tension between you and Billie...again."

"Yea."

"Look...Finneas and I talked. So did me and Billie. Apparently, me kissing your cheek was a mistake. I'm sorry if I caused any trouble."

"Do you still want a baby with me?"

(Claudia's mouth hangs open in surprise.)

"Wait...you're not serious. Are you?"

"Yes. You were right. I'm tired of living the lie."

"But...I'm back together with Finneas now. Didn't Billie tell you that?"

"Yes...but I want to be with you. Billie smashed her ring."

"David. I came on this tour to spend time with Finneas. Please don't put me in this position."

"I can think of a lot of positions I'd like to get you in."

(Claudia blushes.)"What about Billie?"

"I think she's about to meet the guy of her dreams."

"Who?"

(I point to the far corner of the stage. A man in a very expensive 3-piece suit approaches Billie from behind. He pulls out a handkerchief.)

"Please, dry your tears with this."

"Oh, thank you...you're very..."

(Billie turns around, and she feels her heart skip a beat. He was the handsomest man she had ever seen.)

"Kind?" 

"Yes."(Billie replies blushing.)

"Allow me to introduce myself. I'm James Andrew Madison. I'm your new manager/producer for Galactic Records."

"Pleased to meet you."(Billie smiles and giggles like a schoolgirl.)

(Finneas walks over to them. Him and their new manager talk.)

"Wait. You're telling us that Galactic Records is willing to pay us three times the amount we were getting paid under our former management?"

"That's correct."

"And everything stays the same as it was in our original contract?"

"Yes. Except that we will be in charge of producing the music from now on."

"No deal. I'm Billie's producer. Her only producer."

"Our equipment is the latest in state-of-the-art technology. I must remind you that you are not familiar with our equipment."

 "But Finneas...three times our normal pay? We'll truly be as rich as fuck!"

"There are more important things in life besides money, Billie."

"Perhaps you need some time to discuss this with your parents?"

"We can...but I doubt if our answer will change."

"I hope it will. I will let you get back to your preparations for your show. (He looks at Billie.)"Perhaps we can get together for dinner tonight, Miss Eilish?"

"I'd love too!"(Billie gushes.)

(The man walks away. Claudia looks at me.)

"Damn. That man was as sexy as fuck!"

"Beware wolfs in sheep clothing."(I mutter.)

"What? What's that supposed to mean? You're just acting jealous because he was talking to Billie."

"No. I know what I saw, Claudia. I can't help Billie now. She's chosen her path."

"What path? Damn it, David. You're not making any sense."

"I need you to promise me something."

"Anything."

"Stay close to Finneas. He's going to need your guidance in the days to come."

"Guidance? David...what the hell is going on?"

"That's just it. Hell is coming."
